Place is a joke worst run dunkin in the state.
The two girls working the drive thru tonight 8/22 were very sweet and patient. There were 6 of us total with 2 toddlers yelling in the background and they were so patient and kind while we place our order. Our drinks were delicious, but just wanted to give the two girls at the drive thru kudos on their customer service
Ordered through the app for a caramel mocha iced coffee and two orders of the bacon and cheese roll ups. I got there and my coffee did not have whipped cream on it which is how I ordered it. No big deal though, easy fix. I get my corrected order and leave just to then take a sip of my coffee and it tasted horrible. It was burnt for starters and it tasted nothing like an iced latte. The second problem I had was that I only received one order of the bacon and cheese roll ups. I paid for two. I would have gone back to complain but the line to get into the parking lot was almost a mile down the road. Will definitely not be visiting this location EVER again.
This Dunkin Donuts is consistently the slowest drive-through I've ever been to.
Ordered vanilla Chai and Hazelnut coffee with milk and sugar coffee tasted like it was diluted 5 times and ease burnt flavor with no hazelnut. Chai tasted like plain coffee, didn’t even taste like tea. Mind you we waited over 12 minutes for them to make it. We don’t live by and $8.88 was total waste of money.

I was staying at the TA next door. Walked over to Dunkin and there was a long line of cars in drive thru. Because of the pandemic, you couldn't eat inside. There were two gentlemen outside doing something with the landscaping. One of them told me inside is closed so I'll have to use drive thru. I replied that my truck won't fit through there unfortunately. The other gentleman asked me what I needed and went in and got it for me. Turns out he is one of the franchise owners. He expressed his appreciation for us truckers and gave me my coffee as an expression of gratitude. What amazing customer service! And this attitude and appreciation is what keeps me running on Dunkin! ? Thank you again.
I see why they have 2 star. I walked to there from the nearby TA truck stop. Thankfully I was able to use the drive thru. I knocked lightly on the window to get the young ladies attention and that's when I realized, by the sigh and rolling of the eyes, I would be writing this. I over stand ppl make mistakes but when u do, just fix it. Dont package it and serve a burnt croissant. After letting her know that's the most over toasted item I've ever had. Point blank she just doesn't give a damn about service or product. Hopefully I never come on her shift again
Nice new Dunkin’. Although it says 24 hours. That’s just the drive thru. The inside closes at 9pm.
