My husband's sub was horrible. The bread was stale! I had the VERY expensive medium lobster roll. The bun fell apart and I lost some of the lobster meat on the floor. When I brought it back up to the counter, they grilled another bun and gave me that and a fork... and that bun fell apart! NOT worth the $26 I paid for it. Will never go back to this location. Horrible!
Yesterday, my nephew came home with the worst lobster sandwich from D'Angelos ever.I expected a pita pocket loaded with lobster, but it was a hotdog roll with a few bites. Highway robbery cost $26.00 plus tax could have bought a whole lobster instead. My mother and I use to buy from D'Angelos weekly for years, but will not anymore at all.

Disappointed to say the least. Darren that took our order was condescending and should not be in a customer service environment. The place was dirty with a face mask left on the table we sat at. It’s a shame because the food is good but we probably will not come back.
I order from this place about once a month and they always get my order right and are super nice. Just today, I decided to order through Door Dash which does not allow you to make any comments or requests which was not good because my GF loves the teriyaki sauce and we always get a side of it when we go there. I ended up calling to ask and they assured me they would take care of me and they did.

Horrible food wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Messed our order up 3 times ended up just leaving with it wrong
Food was good. However wait time during peak lunch hours is a little longer then I'd like. Place your order 20 mins ahead of time and pick up.
The manager Darren was very nice ,friendly ,professional,and quick with service definitely needs a raise or promotion he is a great asset to your company ?
