I went to a party and I’m very disappointed with the catering. The Men cooking on the grill wearing no gloves or a face covering for there beards.cross contamination.Hamburgers were undercooked.rolls are out to harden and dry.Salads aren’t on ice.condiments are in bowls to scoop.
Always love the food whenever I go to Craft Kitchen. Went to an event catered by them today and they did not disappoint. Food was delicious (love their mac and cheese) and the service was spot on as always. Definitely will be visiting their restaurant again soon!
Their food is always great and fresh. It's always worth the wait. I've had a chef's special seafood risotto that was excellent and you can't go wrong with their hot dogs. The Southington Dog and the Chicago Dog are both tasty :) Highly recommend for a late lunch or a dinner. Very friendly staff and cute atmosphere too.
Lunch of Caesar salad and crispy ribs appetizer. Ribs were cooked well and tasty. Personal preference would not to have them drenched in bbq sauce. Ordered salad without croutons and they were out of Caesar dressing so I had a large portion of iceberg lettuce with a ranch dressing. Parmaesan was not evident. It was a salad and a good portion, nothing more, or less. Portions are OK, service was very good and prices are not bad. They have a large outdoor deck available for seating as well as indoor tables.
Our first visit was 4/20/22. Unfortunately we saw 4 people return with takeout that was incorrect and one person waited over an hour after being promised a 20 min wait. We waited more than 45 minutes for a few burgers that were not good. Overcooked with no LT as ordered. Would not go back

They have the BEST BURGER I have ever eaten.I do mushrooms and swiss.You can do what you like.The Scottish burger will make you rethink ...... everything......The ABSOLUTE BEST BURGER I have ever had!Please, check the menu!
Wow. We stopped in out of curiosity and and actually got a little sad we just discovered this place. Service from the second we walked in was welcoming and genuinely friendly. The menu was refreshing and different. Our food was great as well. The owner/chef introduced himself and was clearly the reason for the warmth. Joe, Nick and Mike made our night. Thank you!
Craft Kitchen is a great restaurant with some unique dishes. I can't get enough of the duck wings with t-rex sauce!!! The mac and cheese is amazing. Another favorite is their buffalo chicken pizza. Great beer and drink selection.
I ordered the Scallops & risotto and the Mac & cheese to go. It was disgusting. The Risotto was flavorless, while the scallops were over cooked. The Mac and Cheese was the driest mac & cheese I have ever had. I do not recommend this restaurant.
