Good was really good. Need to clean up the place. Had to clean my chair and table before eating.

I picked up my mobile order and half of the ingredients on my burrito bowl were missing. There is no excuse for that. This location is stealing from customers. It’s also impossible to get a refund from this companies customer service.

I have been eating at Chipotle since 2007, when they put a location next to my University in Georgetown, TX. I love Chipotle, and now my wife I’ve and 4 children do as well.This location continues to demonstrate the value of customer service…negatively. I’ve complained on my app 4 times now. EVERY single time I have ordered food and had it delivered, they left out items. 3 times they didn’t give me any of the tortillas I paid for.The staff has a bad attitude (not all of them), and it’s extremely frustrating. I love Chipotle because of various diet restrictions. But I will never visit this location again.Get your act together.

We’ve spent hundreds of dollars at chipotle throughout our travels. I’ve never had so many problems with chipotle as I have at this location. We usually ask for tortillas on the side because we have little kids, and they never give us the number we ask for (we’re talking three tortillas). When my husband asked them about it, the girl was very rude and questioned him about why he was getting side tortillas. We’re honestly baffled by the whole thing.

I normally love chipotle but today was let down by this location. Got a chicken bowl and was very disappointed when I saw them put about pieces of chicken in my bowl. This was after I saw the person in front of me get chicken in there bowl and they got a good amount. Same thing happened for my friend. Out of curiosity I looked at the next persons bowl after him and there’s was given a lot too. Very confused since I was polite so there would be no reason to be bias against me. Not sure why we were treated like that.

Forgot to give me a fork (and napkins) so I had to eat my burrito bowl with my hands like a squirrel. Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to.

Tonight i went to the chipotle on queen street in southington connecticut. I would give zero stars if i could. The girl that helped me was very rude. She treated me as if i should have already known the entire menu and i was dumb for not knowing that cauliflower rice was discontinued a long time ago. I could barely understand what she was saying because she was talking so fast and when i had to ask her to say something again it was such an annoyance for her. The next girl that did my veggies was very polite and did everything right. Then the young guy that was at the register shook his head at me when i was efficient with the credit card machine. I felt like i was a complete idiot for knowing every single thing on the menu before i walked in and know everything about the whole process of ordering at chipotle. This was my first, and last, time ever going to chipotle. I will continue to choose moes every time.

Teenager serving my food had terrible customer service,looked annoyed to be there and used same gloves to touch food and everything else. Food was tasting weird overall waste of money for what was spent won’t be back.

Food was good but make sure to check your food before you take it home. 90% of the time they mess up your order. Many times they forget about their online orders and dont have them done on time. Many times i waited over half an hour to find out they didnt even start the order. You are better off waiting in their line and getting your food that way so you can actually watch them make your food. Only about 2 times in the whole 3 years ive lived here that they got my order right. If they run out of sauce, they wont tell you. They will just just not put the sauce in your bag or in your bowl. Ive seen workers wipe counters in the back then just stand there and talk to each other while I stood in the diner for well over 20 min waiting for my order to come up. Come to find out they forgot about it. Id rather travel another 10 min to a chipotle further away(berlin turnpike) because atleast they have my order ready on time. The food is good but the waiting time for online orders is terrible. Then on top of that they mess your orders up 90% of the time.

Every single time I order from this Chipotle something is messed up. Last time I got delivery there was no meat in my boyfriends bowl (how do you forget the meat?) and they forgot my chips… and just last night we went to get takeout and it was online ordering only. So we put our orders in and then decided to double check that everything in the bowls were right upon pickup, forgotten chips again. Every other time we online order it’s either forgotten chips or there’s no guacamole in my bowl or SOMETHING. How? How do your employees screw up so consistently? It’s not hard to read a ticket and put the right stuff in the bowl or burrito. I know customer service can be tiring and businesses hate when people come in the last hour before closing, but that doesn’t justify orders always being messed up. If you’re in the Southington area, just go to the Newington location. It’s worth the drive to actually get the food you ordered.
