I visited the Southington,CT location today after being discharged from the hospital and while I struggle from MS and use a walker and I got in line and the most pleasant man, Tino, came up to me and asked if I wanted to sit down and he would come take my order for me and my family. He did just as he said he was going to do. Which is not often the case when it comes to people and their word. I have to say the rest of the world can take a lesson from Tino when it comes to truly caring about people and the job they do and the difference they make in peoples lives. Thank you Tino!
Today, Memorial Day we stopped for a quick bite, en route to our home in NJ. It was the best service we’ve received at any Chick fila. The moment we entered, we were greeted with friendly smiles, courteous and friendly workers who consistently asked how everything was, offering to refill our drinks, coffee etc.Thank you to all for providing us with a great lunch and impeccable service!!!
I will turn down healthier food options for a place that's actually proactive about giving patrons quality service and Chick-fil-A does that here at this location. You don't need to look further here than the flowers they put on each table to see that this place elevates fast food to a place most major companies wont to go. Friendly and atmospheric, unlike the grey and lifeless form McDonald's has adopted in recent years.Although I was disenchanted when the restrictions of not being able to eat safely were put in place, this is place is a class act otherwise when those said measures are properly lifted.
Chic fil a is my favorite restaurant. But there’s nothing that irritates me more in this world that they wont deliver to wolcott 1 town over. It ruins my day im not kidding. I don’t care about how soggy it gets when it arrives.
The service is the best for any fast food establishment that is around in this area. However my wife's egg white was almost as thin as paper, not sure what that was all about. With that said still my favorite fast food breakfast choice.
Chic was always a 5 star experience for me, because it's yummy and has an awesome ordering app, but... This is the last time I will come here. Online ordering was so easy... Until they removed all but TWO of their pick up spots. The signs are all stacked in the outside dining area. Wow. For such a busy location, only 2 curbside spots on a Friday. At least there are plenty more good food spots in town.Changing this to a 5 star as I hadn't thought sbout the wind and that makes absolute sense. The owner was nice enough to reply and explain why the signs were removed which is so nice! Food tonight was great, as always.
My experience tonight with chick-fil-a was terrible. I have never been to a chick-fil-a that had terrible customer service. I ordered a salad like I always do and asked for 2 of each of the salad dressings like I usually do.I was told that I could only get up to 2 dressings. I even offered to pay for the extra dressings just In case this particular location was cheap. The girl rudely told me that I could not even pay for any additional dressings. I'm not sure when chick-fil-a wrote a policy that says you are only suppose to get 2 dressings but I will not spend money at a location that cannot give me what I would like even if I'm willing to pay extra.
My whole family loves Chick-fil-a. Definitely check it out, but just be prepared for long drive-thru lines. (I admit the 2 lines go pretty fast)
Love love love this place. I seen a commercial & it had the tortilla soup. So i had to have some. It was delicious ?
