This is the only burger king my mother n I go to the workers n the manger Jess is so awesome,kinda n sweet .the food always taste so hot and fresh when we get are order even the way we ask for everything it's the way we like it . Will never give this burger king my business again! After a day out with my sister n the kids they refused to let us use a coupon per customer since we were both using our own cards because we had separate orders! Not only that they REFUSED to givee corporates number an the managers name!!! How unprofessional, I shlda listened to the kids n went to McDonald's dwn the street! Atleast there they always have good service!
Today, visiting this place, my family and I were extremely dissatisfied. There was an incomprehensible situation with coupons, I was refused the sale of a family coupon. My friend and I received an order with coupons, they sold it to her, but NOT to me, and with all the arguments that we have different payment cards and we have two different families, it did not make an impact on the outcome of the situation. Thanks to this conclusion, the night was ruined. I do not want to visit them again.
I live less than a half mile from the one in Watertown ct. and when I get home the hamburgers are always cold , don't care to eat in the building because it is always sloppy
Hands down the best BK I’ve been to in CT. Seems every other location the employees are miserable and food isn’t as good.

The food was DUSTY and smelled like my grandparents car. I'm pretty sure I found a dollar coin in my food, however the dollar coin was definitely the highlight of my meal because of how good it tasted. The food was alright I guess, it reminded me of the time I went to Elon Musks thanksgiving dinner party and got to eat Elons dog food. The chicken nuggest were SOOOOO spicy. In all seriousness if you want to come here, please do. I got my food free because it was in some weird green box so I recommend ordering from there too.
Always good food. Clean and safe. A little slow, but worth the wait.

Employee lied about iced coffee sizes when directly asked, and then couldn't be bothered to give me a straw. Ignored my attempts to get their attention. This location used to be one of the few well functioning burger kings in the area. Perhaps with some training they could be there again. Very disappointing.
