I stayed here for one night to see my grandson play baseball at the University of New Haven . Hotel was outstanding, clean, room was large. Room had a 46" TV coffee maker, chair and ottoman, refrigerator and microwave, iron, iron board, hairdryer. Front desk personnel I think her name was Danielle was super friendly. Hotel had a large indoor pool, business center, and cafe. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and clean and check in and check out was fast. The hotel is located in a great area with restaurants and shopping. Was looking for some night life but it was a little on the cold side. Will definitely stay here again

I prefaced this review with the fact that I have stayed at this hotel on business travel MANY times. Evidently loyalty means nothing. When returning to my room after day one of a four night stay, I found that the ceiling was leaking profusely in the center of the room and someone had placed a bucket to catch the water. The carpet was soaked and the ceiling clearly had had this problem previously. Most surprising was that the hotel did not leave me a message about this. I returned to the front desk and the agent stated she knew nothing about the problem. Period. No offer to rectify the situation. I had to ASK to switch rooms. I was then given keys to the new room and she had disabled the old ones, so I could not get in to pack up and get my things. At no time was there any offer of help, a car, etc. NO apology, nothing. I packed up, moved, unpacked. After going to bed after this long worth day, I was awakened by loud guests in the hallway playing football..i learned that my new room was in the middle of Floor full of a hockey team large enough to film a full size bus! The next morning, I asked to speak to the GM who happened to be at the desk. He was extremely apologetic, and he said he would be sending me an email with compensation for my issues. He said all the right things. He also stopped me once to confirm my email address. But to this day, two weeks later, nothing. THIS IS THE MOST DISAPPOINTING ISSUE OF ALL.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family in CT. Hotel is in a Great location (easy access from highway), with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Check in was quick; front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and included a microwave/refrigerator. Bed was firm and comfortable as well. Outlets available on the lamps next to the bed to charge your phone, Plenty of counter space in the bathroom for toiletries; shower was nice and hot and had good pressure. Room temp was a little hard to keep "just right"; when it was on the room was a little warm, however, when it goes off it got chilly in the room. There are computers in the lobby for printing docs if needed, along with a Bistro where you can get coffee in the morning, and a small selection of food item/cocktails in the evening.

Needs to have a coffee bar. The rooms were very clean and so was the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay. Easy on and off the highway. Many places to eat close by. The overall building needs to be updated.

2 night stay. Bathroom is in no way adequate for Seniors. One grab bar, near shower head, not usable getting in and out of tub because the toilet blocks that end of the tub. Toilet is too low (need to grab onto sink for help getting up) and water in it gets in the way because it is too high. Tried to check out at 8pm night before leaving: totally ignored for 15 minutes at desk (literally) while clerk had friendly conversation with other person, then told I couldn't check out 'til the next clerk came on after 10pm. Amenities: indoor pool in steady use, late evening food available (adequate, not special), electronic sign-in support in lobby for airlines boarding passes.
