Service is extremely slow, and they get my order right maybe 1 in 5 times. As much as I love Starbucks, this one is subpar at best and I will not return to the location
Ugh. Really truly bad service, took forever, latte was weak AF. Real cafes put two shots of espresso in a latte, this was like drinking straight milk.
So despite the fact that posted Dine In hours are until 8pm including on Google and in the app, the store locks its doors at 7pm. This means that you have to go through the drive thru for all pickup options. This means when you put in a mobile order expecting to be able to walk in the door and get your drinks, you instead have to wait 25 additional minutes. Thanks for $10 of freezing cold hot drinks and the lecture about how I needed to stop at the window to tell you I was picking up a mobile order. I'm sorry. I had no intention of going through your drive thru so I didn't know I had to stop or even where it was. I was expecting to walk in the door. They also informed me that it's "company policy" to lock the doors 1-hour before closing. Would love confirmation on that from Starbucks.
This Starbucks has their act together! Drive thru went pretty smoothly and customer service from multiple people was great! Pistachio Latte was super delicious too!!
The cafe was busy when we arrived. When I got my latte before my husband's regular coffee the manager apologized for the long wait and gave him a gift card! Super nice!
I ordered three caramel Frappuccino and it taste horrible it’s like they didn’t blend nothing out they just do milk and ice in there and caramel and just handed it to me
As much as I love this place, you can't say you're open until 8pm, but then switch to drive-thru only after 7pm and be going at a rate of 1 car every 5 minutes with over 20 cars in line. I mobile ordered over 40 minutes ago and I haven't even made it to the speaker yet. I can see my drink sitting on the counter. Your app also shouldn't show in-store as an option when it's after 7pm, otherwise I never would have ordered.
So how do close your doors a half an hour early. Instruct me and my 5 guests to the drive thru and when I begin to place my order you immediately stop and announce all the items you don’t have. Peppermint, featured flavor, you don’t have any. Strawberries, really. So does the magic fairy come overnight to restock? Or are your employees to lazy to attend to your paying customers? 1 star is too good for the crew working tonight!

Pretty long long line that also went pretty slow. Still not bad. Drink order was correct and tasted good. Staff seemed friendly.
