Ordered a penne vodka with grilled chicken, this is exactly how it’s described on their menu and on DoorDash menu. I received my order and there was bacon in my food, I have a bacon allergy. They said it wasn’t their problem. I have to contact DoorDash. Fine, but I will be letting everyone know that this place needs to do better and take care of their customers whether they’re in store or not. All I wanted was a penne vodka pasta, what the point of bacon, is this Applebees? Disgusting.

Planet Pizza is a staple in my house, I went to the Norwalk restaurant and the Shelton location is just as good!
By far the worst customer service. I order from Planet pizza twice a week and the customer service is horrible. Lindsey the manager literally wanted to take back my food because they forgot the sauce. She fights with you on the phone and acts like you are lying to her. She is very confrontational!!! When I’m paying $40 per hour and they messed up the order on their end! No sauce when I asked for it. They asked for the wings back??? Who does that?

3 slices of pizza were great, but they seem to be better in Stamford and Norwalk. It could have been because we went late.
The audacity the to bring your prices up when you’re literally an alternative to ppl that don’t want to drive far for actual good pizza. Your pizza is always burnt with the lowest quality of cheese.?? Yeaaa I’m done with this place.
