Better than expected, THE FASTEST service for a sit down restaurant I have ever been to.
We had a great experience!! Our food was spectacular, ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, lighting is perfect, and our server was one of the best we’ve ever had. Anthony is his name, and if you want top tier service, he’s the one to ask for!! Overall beyond pleased, five stars!!
Wonderful service from Anthony, the place was super busy but our food was bought out in less than 15 minutes not to mention the whole wait we were eating bread appetizers and salad. Steak was brought out perfect, not overdone. Probably one of the best services I’ve had in any restaurant ever.
Food was very good for the price and the ribeye and burgers were cooked perfectly and tasty! However you cannot reserve a table in advance which is really annoying. They will only allow you to call a 1/2hr in advance for a table but when you arrive your stuck waiting around which was 30 minutes the day/time I was there.
It was 9:15pm on a Sunday and we really wanted some steak. Called LongHorn to see what time last seating was. Turned out we missed last seating (they close at 10pm) but they said we could order take-out at the bar.Staff was very nice and took our order of 2 Outlaw Ribeyes with double mashed potato. Headed back to the hotel to chow down and honestly did not have very high expectations bc we can never find a place that cooks steak correctly or seasons properly, BUT LET ME TELL YOU, this steak was PHENOMENAL. Cooked exactly the way we ordered it (medium rare) and we did not need to add one grain of salt or pepper. It was so tender, juicy, and flavorful! And the mashed was amazing too. Nice and buttery. We are actually considering getting more tonight! Thank you, LongHorn ?
Came out to our favorite restaurant for my girlfriends birthday I Ordered full rack of ribs last night they were raw in the center my girls Brussels sprouts were burnt asparagus wasn’t cooked waiter wasn’t attentive at all sipped the same drinks ice for 2 hours overall horrible experience won’t be back. Me and her ate at different times when the food was corrected was exactly the same thing We received before I asked for my ribs to be cooked throughly waiter sends manager basically saying they are all cooked the same way and just warmed up I changed for baked chicken that was so over cooked couldn’t even cutt into it with a fork not to mention I didn’t ask for extra side I told him I did not want it and they give me 3 plates of the most saltiest fries I’ve ever had do better longhorn
Fantastic place, nice food with great customer service. BUT, the Men's Restroom was disgusting.
I visited Longhorn for the first time at the Shelton location on Christmas Eve. Angel (our waiter) was so welcoming, funny, and energetic! Just because of the great food and her hospitality I will be back!! Thank you Angel for your customer service!
This was once my favorite restaurant until last night. My waitress wasn’t attentive at all. Another server came over and dropped off the food and he placed one of my plates in my hand and was like ‘here”. Rude and very unprofessional service. Not to mention it was my birthday. I will never return back here. I will say my steak was great.
The food was good ,bread nice and warm and the mango margarita was delicious...the workers very attentive and helpful service is great
