Good service and food but exceptional service from Shyena who struggled for 15 minutes to get the coke machine to dispense regular coke. Thanks for the effort!
I love five guys, however, this particular location seems to have a consistent problem with order fulfillment. Having tried 5 different times over the course of 3 months through DoorDash and in person, the individuals working there have struggled to add *all* of the condiments on an order (Ex. no hot sauce when I asked for hot sauce, no jalapeños added when asked for). Aside from that, the food is consistent and standard American fare that is of higher quality than McDonalds, with the Cajun Fries being a notable and tasty example.

Manager Bernice was absolutely amazing and had her crew take our order even though we accidentally walked in 5 mins before closing. I appreciate her dedication and effort. I would've told us to leave ???
The Five Guys is extremely poorly managed!! When you walk in the kids are joking. laughing talking all over the food. I asked for well done fried because the fries are alway soggy, greasy and under cooked. This doesn’t do any good because they still come out soggy, greasy and under cooked. I don’t blame the staff, it’s the management that needs to be replaced!! This low level kids without any training and supervision. Don’t waste your time or money at this Five Guys.
The best burger I've ever had in my life you can put whatever you want on this burger it just melts in your mouth and their cajun fries are to die for amazing
Good dog. Great fries. Nice staff. However $15 for a dog, small fries and a small drink is more than a little high.
I ordered a regular order of fries it came to with tax 5.89$ legit there was 22 fries i counted them and they were all burnt and dry , like if you have an off day ok but if you burnt the fries why the f are you serving them ?
The food was your standard tasty Five Guys burgers and fries. The wait was ridiculous though. We ordered a few burgers, a hot dog, grilled cheese, fries and a milkshake and it took over half an hour.
Fully staffed, coordinated, and quick.The burger was prepared perfectly and was delicious. Love to eat here again.
