The food here was amazing. As delicious and authentic as you can get. The portion size and price are also strong points. Will definitely be returning.

*Disclaimer: Food was ordered for delivery through DoorDash which may have effected the food presentation & quality*Tinga chimichanga was flavorful, but mostly filled with rice/beans & was extremely soggy. It came with a side of rice & black beans. I would have preferred refried beans instead. I agree with another review that the guac could be thicker; it’s a tad soupy. Fish tacos & shrimp quesadillas were good.
Queso Fundido was delicious, as were the chimichangas(tinga and chorizo). Flavorful rice and beans too.
I eat a lot of authentic Mexican food. This place is definitely very good. Haven’t had anything from here I didn’t enjoy. I order at least 3 times a week since I live up the road. My favorite being the Enchilada Cemita. I recommend El Gallo Dorado to everyone.
First time coming here with my girlfriend and we loved it ! Great service , clean, fast service, good servings and presentation. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend and come again . Authentic Mexican food for sure
