I ordered a half dozen donuts and was waited on by a very kind, knowledgeable young gentleman by the name of Wilfredo. Great employee attitude and worker!!!! Only disappointment I had was the donuts themselves; hardly any filling at all. Donuts where fresh but nothing inside, one little biteful of filling, more donut than filling.
Occasionally ordered food/drinks from this location. On Today's visit, I ordered an espresso shot, (specifically 1 shot) as a to-go beverage on it's own. Having had espresso shots at various Dunkin' locations, I didn't think much of this shot except for the fact that I had received 2 shots at once. While some may appreciate generosity on the location's part in extra caffeine, my body does not respond well to caffeine of this quantity, as I used to overdose on 400mg+ caffeine doses. As a caffeine moderate drinker, two espresso shots at once caused me to become sick to my stomach, and even vomit post-drink. I am disappointed in my purchase, and I advise everyone to inspect their goods/drinks and make sure the staff pay close attention to what you want.
The staff at the location on Leavenworth in Shelton CT are so courteous and kind. They make my order perfect every time.
I like to order ahead on the app so I don’t have to wait. Food is always fine, coffee is always wrong. Way too much milk/cream, I specified caramel swirl in my iced coffee and got the unsweetened shot once, got the swirl this time but barely any and I had to have them top off the cup since there was a good inch gap. I apologized, complimented her after she accepted my request for a top off and still got a ton of attitude. Gave them this second chance but not worth a third.
I had a wrong order issue and called the manager, Judith. She was great and handled everything. The avocado toast is my favorite.
Drive thru cashier was too busy nodding off on who knows what that she couldn’t get my order right
This DD was my favorite to go to for a while but the new staff is falling under the pressure of a fast-paced DD. They either mess up your order and refuse to give you a refund/fix it, or you are waiting for 20 minutes anyway because they haven't been properly trained how to make a regular ice coffee. If they do fix your order, you're just going to wait another 15 minutes and get served with attitude. Management, train your team better and don't throw them into busy work shifts if they can't handle it.
Worst DD ever. I went there 3 days in a row, ordered the same thing every time, and it came back different all 3 times. Got charged 3 different prices every single time. Same drink.
Very rude. Very bad vibes if your not “from town”.
Took my order then just did nothing, had to stand there and wait for someone else to try and take my order again before telling them my original order and them finally making it
