I always go to this Dunkin. The drive threw staff is always very friendly to me. The staff makes your food very quick and effeciently. They always make my iced carmel machiato to perfection everyday .
Wish I could give this no star but recently I went there and the girls who took the order had her but crack showing and she messed up the order and the coffee was filled with sugar imaging being a diabetic and you are out in the freezing cold . The girl was even on her phone and I was waiting for 10-15 minutes… she was very unprofessional. Dunkin’ needs to hire a better staff .
Horrible customer service, I asked for coffee with milk and repeated my order multiple times and after waiting for 10 minutes while the employees are playing around I get my order messed up and an attitude!
This must be the worst dunkin I have been to. Workers are so rude and most of them are there for a pay check..
I can't rate properly because I just drove by while going to Wendy's. But it was dead as a doornail, not a single car went through the drive through while we waited in line at Wendy's (about 15 minutes).It seems like everyone knows to avoid this one
I am frustrated! At the drive up today I was handed a hot coffee. When I took it from the worker, the lid popped off and spilt over my hand and pants. Don’t worry, I’m not going to contact a lawyer. My point is this… the worker never apologized. Her superior came over and pointed to the cup and said “it says coffee is hot!” No kidding! How about an apology or removing the charge?
Do not go here!!!!!!! So gross!!!Ordered a sandwich and one of the girls said out loud" there's a glove in the oven!"then she said " isn't this toxicated?"The oven was smoking and she was pulling the glove out . Of course it was meltedShe told her coworker to tell me to move forward I guess so u wouldn't see itThats grossGlove left in the oven same place where u hear up the food.
This is one of the worst locations. Nobody cares. They are on their phones, gossiping with each other, and as a result have the slowest drive thru ever. Even when it isn't busy it took them 5 mins to nuke a sandwich for me. Avoid this location, especially if you need to be somewhere...
WORST- absolutely worst Dunkin around with really horrible customer service.
Asked for a French Vanilla frozen coffee, and was given the drink on the right in the picture (very dark, tasted gross and sadly I paid for it). On the left is what it should look like, which is from the Dunkin in Ansonia where I drove afterwards to get a proper beverage made. And the price went up on them.
