It was nice , people were courteous but the combo was expensive for me. Everything was good but the burger patty itself didn't look fresh and was dry.
The girl that was getting my order ready couldn't talk and get my order together. She spent more time talking with a coworker and my food was luke-warn. Not happy
Quick lunch and expansive menu bring us here. Food is tasty.

Had chicken parm sandwich... Was dry cheese cold and meat was hard... Duchess has indeed changed for the worse... It's really a pity... They use to be so good.... Taking my business elsewhere....
Horrible experience, although some of the staff seemed to be friendly I couldn't fight off a the feeling of it seeming more like a soup kitchen, aside of my burger being under cooked I believe if I would have left a tip on the table for the waitress she would have never received it do to a few (white walkers)
I placed my order using the kiosk….I only ordered onion rings…after waiting for a half an hour I walked out. Several people walked up and gave their orders and in several minutes received their order. DON’T USE THE KIOSK
Duchess Restaurants are nice and clean. The prices are very good and the food is pretty much unlimited. A nice place to go and eat and hang out while you're having your food and drink.
Such a nice location. The customer service I received was above and beyond. The food was fresh and made how I requested with no issues.
