Been here a couple of times to try their unique and filing donuts whenever I want to explore the North Haven area.I always check Instagram to see what's the latest.
OMG - I've never seen such an assortment of delectable pastries and extreme donuts! Lemon meringue, cannoli, peach cobbler, oh my!!
The doughnuts are awesome, as is the service! If you get a steak and cheese sandwich, ask for extra cheese, I couldn't taste the cheese at all. Other than that it was really good.
I was most excited to try the fruity pebbles donut because I love cereal and donuts, but the toppings were a little stale. The glazed cake donuts ended up being my favorite. The powder donuts were hard but soften if you heat them up in the microwave.
Donuts were very delicious! The staff also gave my dog a free treat at the drive threw window. My one setback with this restaurant is that they pull many cars from the drive threw and give them a number to pull aside and wait. This really defeats the point of a drive threw for anything besides donuts and coffee. The parking lot is also insanely busy and hard to navigate threw
Donuts are decent, but stale. Every single time I go (at or before seven) they are in the process of closing or already locked the door. One employee only let us in because they had let in their friend. Mind you, the hours on the door AND the website both say they close at 8. Very unprofessional.
No donuts on Mondays? What donut place doesn’t serve donuts? The website doesn’t say that. So after paying $5.20 a gallon and sitting in the car for 45 minutes we learn this location doesn’t sell donuts on Mondays. ??♀️
This place is ridiculous. I’m not quite sure how difficult it is to get a party order correct but Donut Crazy seems to have that down. Tonight I picked up an order of mini donuts on behalf of my mom; the kid (and I mean like 16 years old) at the counter gave me a dozen donuts. I said no my mom ordered nine dozen. She then proceeded to hand me a bag of donuts and said “oh you had the mini ones, my boss told us nothing about this order but these are them.” After driving to our venue and unpacking our donuts there were only three dozen. I immediately called and they said that their boss was gone for the day and once again proceed to tell me they knew nothing about the order. I told them to get ahold of their boss. When she called back she said her boss told her that’s what we ordered and they didn’t make anything else. I told her to give me her boss’s number. My mom called MaryAnn and she said she must have given away our order to someone else. We had to go back and they gave us six dozen donuts (which were stale leftover donuts from the day and half of which we didn’t order). I want to point out this is the SECOND time this happened. In 2016 we ordered from this same location for my bridal shower and they gave us half the order. They ended up refunding us. How difficult is it to get an order right? This place is a joke. They owe us money back for making us coming back out there and giving our order away to someone else. Never again will we support this company.
This donut crazy has a drive thru, its small but very cute, and the variety of donuts are always good. Nice place to go chill and have a bite or something sweet.
I had an issue with receiving the correct amount of donuts for a surprise party I had on Saturday, February 26, 2022. Maryann and donut crazy rectified the situation immediately. Thank you for such a fast response. Kathy Davey
