One year later, I still have good experience either getting a delivery, or pickup in store.Happy I don't have to go to Ansonia Domino's anymore ?Interesting that 1 star reviews were given by people who have just under 3 reviews on their record. ?

I ordered food that did not arrive. The driver did not deliver even though it was a contactless delivery. When I called the store to complain the staff was rude and disconnected on my face.
Literally the worst place ever. They forgot two parts of our order and burnt the dessert. This place should be shut down
Ordered from here, after an hour we called wondering where the delivery was. They said the driver was on the way. A half hour later we called back, and they said the delivery driver already delivered the food, but it was nowhere to be found. We found it outside in the snow and rain at our neighbor's home, wet and frozen. Spent about $50 worth, and they refuse to credit us the money.
Ordered and prepaid a pizza online. Tracker says ready in about 15 mins. Pizza not ready over an hour later. No option to cancel the order.
Horrible service. Ordered 3 pizzas at 11pm and never even received them!!! The guy answering the phone told us the driver was on the way and hung up on us. The driver showed up at 1am and it was the wrong order!!!! We told the driver we want a refund and he said “no im not givin you a refund”. How do you run a business this way?!!!! Worst costumer service i have ever seen in my life. I have worked retail for over 10 years and ive never seen anything like that. Im sending this to corporate. This stores deserves to be shut down!!!
Absolutely horrible store and service. Delivery took over 1.5 hours, gave us the wrong food and then refused to refund. When I called the store they kept hanging up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
I’m here to complain about the person who took my order today, I called to order a pizza with wings but the lady who attended me wouldn’t speak to me and kept saying “i don’t care!” “I don’t need your order” “I’m deleting your order” “I don’t need this shit” then proceded to hang up the phone repeatedly. I tried to speak to someone different but she kept answering and ignoring my requests. I think this is very unprofessional and should be spoken about back at domino’s.
