Arrived for a quick dinner around 7:50 pm with my boyfriend and not only was the customer service terrible but we did not receive any of the food we wanted. Over 5 different ingredients we wanted were empty bins and we were told there is no more, mean while we could clearly see the filled bins on the prep table behind the counter. $25 later for a bowl with rice (brown- which I hate) and corn. As I am a restaurant owner for over the last 34 years now I know first hand this line of business.. needless to say we will not be returning especially with the three new quick restaurants directly across the street that have amazing food and pleasant customer service.

Arrived around 8pm on a weeknight for a chicken and rice bowl. After finding out there was no white rice, I then asked for black beans, lettuce and veggies which NONE of them they had. Being that they were out of the majority of toppings, I asked for more meat and instead of them recognizing they were at fault and I only asked for more due to them having practically no toppings I was charged an extra $5 for the extra meat!! I’ve rarely written bad reviews on a company and I’m not picky or hard to please by any means but I found the staff to be rude and this to be unacceptable. Do yourself a favor Pancheros is right across the street and take your business there!!

The customer service was not good at all.My small order was messed up even after it had taken way longer than what was stated as a pickup time (it wasn’t too busy at all). After informing the employee, they had a big attitude and did not want to help whatsoever.Overall, I would definitely not want to go back after the bad experience I had.(It would have been a different story if the employees simply took the initiative to try and fix the mistake instead of giving an attitude).

Me and my daughter went in to get a burrito with chicken and it had bacon in it we do not eat pork so we had to discard two burritos. I ordered chicken burrito before from Chipotle's and it never had pork in it I called back to the show in store and the girl was really rude I did not get her name and I told her I was going to call corporate and she told me to call corporate. They were too busy standing around chatting with each other and the food look like it wasn't even refreshed I will not be returning back to this Chipotle ever again poor customer service.

I always order from this chipotle and I’ve never had an issue up until tonight. I ordered a burrito bowl and when I opened the lid there were barely any contents in it. The avocado was brown, the lettuce was brown, there was barely any rice or steak. I finished the entire thing in 5 minutes. For the amount of money you’re charging me, I want it piled high and deep. Such a disgrace. Stop being lazy and do your job right.

Worst Chipotle ever. Customer service sucks. They give out 1/4 of the portion because everyone working is too lazy to do anything. All the containers of food are empty. One woman working was telling the customers they didn’t have chicken because she was too lazy to turn around and take a scoop of chicken from the guy cutting it. Ran out of beans on a Monday at 2pm. I asked if they had been busy and the kids response was, yeah really busy week. Really busy week? It was Monday at 2pm! Do yourself a favor and go to Stratford! This one sucks.

I have been to many Chipotle franchise and this one is by far the worst. The first time I went here the lid on my queso was not secured and spilled all over me. I told one of the girls that worked their and asked for a new one and she got annoyed at me...meanwhile I was covered in queso. I recently went back and had a rewards coupon for a free drink and they were unable to apply the coupon. Its just time after time I go back here to get some food but consistently run into errors with their lazy and untrained staff.

I’ve worked cashier at a restaurant. If I wasshort a nickel or a dime,I would ask them,I would ask”Is that ok”Most would agree.Chipolte woman takes takes my 15.00 butKeeps my .55 cents without talking.NobodyReaches into a pocket,or calls the manager,they have no singles or change at 12 noon.Mostly no character from Chipotle .No humility.Add quesoadd salsa. don’t cheat.

I hate giving out bad reviews but this Chipotle has been nothing but painful. 2 months ago they started just closing early. Now recently almost 3/4 visits I’m greeted by a piece of paper and sharpie that says “ONLINE ORDERS ONLY” at 8:00pm. It is almost impossible to come here now without having a backup plan. I’ll just take my business across the street to Pancheros instead…

My family and I arrived to Chipotle at around 8:00pm in hopes of getting a hardy and fresh dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we hoped. I was immediately greeted by a sign saying "online orders only," which was odd, considering that any other Chipotle would allow you to immediately walk in and order something from the menu via buffet style. Next, we were told that there wasn't any guacamole. One of the other ladies that ordered guacamole wasn't informed that they weren't serving it that night, meaning she had to go through the hassle of contacting the Chipotle HR in order to get her money back (aka a very annoying process). Guac is the main reason why I go to Chipotle, so it was disappointing to hear that they didn't have their star item on the menu that night.What really tipped us over the edge is that employees were cleaning the store and refusing to cook any fresh food. The store closes at 10:00 (according to the website hours), so I would expect for the employees to adhere to that time. No one was able to take the initiative in satisfying the customers that were in the store, since they were focused on apparently closing early.Chipotle's mission values reads as follow, "Real ingredients. Real purpose. Real flavor." It's time for the Shelton Chipotle to re-read these principles that they agreed upon before working.
