Great food! Friendly people!
Not a place I would go again. Went with a co-worker after a long day at work and we sat at the bar. We asked the bar tender for some napkins to wipe the counter and he told us to wait like we were bothering him. After about 5 minutes he came back and in a rude manner said that he was going to wipe the counter and that he's to busy to take our order. We got up and thanked him for not having time for us and left the restaurant. Needles to say we told all our coworkers at work and we've been going to eat at neighboring restaurants.
Showed up and waited about a half hr for a table , DREW my waiter took almost 15 min to bring my wife a lemon after I asked twice Then when he told me my appetizer and entrée where 5 min apart , after a 40 min wait for French fries (and getting his attention ) I finally said something and told him I knew the game already I said he would go back there bring my kids stuff out first and then our entrée and two seconds later bring all our food out at once and sure enough he walked back there and came back and brought out everything all at once that in my opinion is not a restaurant experience very poor service manager came over to assess what was the problem I told him just give me my bill for my drinks and I will be leaving and never coming back Drive down the street to plaza diner and had the best burger ever ? I’m from the valley Worst restaurant experience out here place really went down hill from where it used to be bunch of kids running it sad
Said it would be ready by 725pm and didn’t receive my order until 8pm. All the parking spots were full. They forgot utensils and sauces that I’ve requested. They asked for my name multiple times and kept ignoring me, so what was the reason ??? They couldn’t even include napkins. They were using excessive profanity and the to-go employees were goofing around singing and laughing instead of working. I will never come back, you lost a customer… you need a new staff or to train them better. The only person willing to help me was this woman with long braids, God bless her because I was gonna curse someone out.
Food is delicious here especially the egg rolls!
Place was GREAT!!!! The night before we went we called in an order for takeout right before they were closing and there was a mix-up so when I got there to pick it up they said they didn't have the food than they were closing but the manager more than made up for it she told us to come in the following night and she took great care of us. Thank you again!!!!!!
This place is horrendous . Order a to go order consisting of two items. Pick up was supposed to be 9:17 pm. Order came out at 9:56 pm, on top of it the food was cold ended up in the trash. The manager of this place should be a bus boy never mind a manager, he has no control of the employees and other than I’m sorry, had no concern for the customer. Funny thing is the place was not busy and we weren’t the only ones complaining about the take out orders. There were three other people that were waiting more than 30 minutes past the pickup time for their food.
Becareful with to go orders. I have had plenty of orders missing items and wrong. Tonight's dinner was missing my appetizer, dressings for the salad, and addition upcharge items for meals. Also the vegetable side dishes weren't cooked and were Raw broccoli and asparagus.
We've ben there a couple of times. The servers were very good. One night it was very busy and they were obviously short on workers. They did a great job.
There is a line at the door and no hostess. They have been standingthere for over 5 minutes. It took is 10 minutes to get recognized by the bartender. My husband ordered a margarita which came out right away, my coke never came so I had to flag down a waitress to get it for me.thr bartender was in not in the front of the house much and all bar guests are noticably angry. I will not be back. We were going to get a meal but just got an app and are going somewhere else where guests are treated as guests.
