Best Burger King around! The food is always fresh and the staff is always kind! I'm in Fairfield, and whenever I'm in the mood for Burger King I come up here to this particular spot. Special recognition to the manager on shirt 3/1/22 around 11pm for going above and beyond in customer service. The friendliness of the staff here always makes my day better!
Very friendly staff!It was late (almost closing) and the guy working had already shutdown the ice-cream machine, but he said give 5 min and I'll have it up and running again for you. Which you never hear anywhere!The food is the same as any other Burger King.
Its fast food, not gourmet. I didn't feel like cooking and got a bacon double with fries...then had heart burn. Enjoy, I guess.
We placed our order online and as usual for this location it was wrong. Then what we ordered was the big king which is all over the advertising, offered on the app and nobody in the store not even the manager knew how to make one. The only reason they get one star is the manager looked up online and it still was not right but at least he made an effort and made something close. Then there is the customer service which other than the person who tried to make us something close was rude and good luck finding a clean table. When we walked in nobody else was there and almost every table was filthy.
Ordered the big king meal online to go eat there and they give us bacon king. Told them we did want them and told them what we ordered online then the people had to ggole it on how to make the big king. If burger King wants to advertise sandwiches they need to make sure ALL of their restaurants know how to make them!!
i love going to this place, very fast, no rude people, easy to order without getting an attitude, food is highly on point to. 8/10 for me as far as fast food places go!
Worse Burger King ever!!! I never in my entire life was given a COLD WOPPER. Unfortunately I ordered 3 whoppers on my way to dr appointment so We could eat as I drive, if I wasn’t running late I would have gone back and inside to speak to manager. Horrible horrible horrible
Usually pretty nice people at the window. Sometimes a new person who doesn't know how to be a human and say thanks or anything at all.
