Sports Bar American Chicken Wings

This restaurant is great! Went with my daughter for mother's day. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Wished me happy mothers day. We ordered and food came out in a timely manner. Everything was delicious. Got the bill and saw that my meal had been deducted from the bill for mother's day! What a wonderful surprise!

Went there yesterday. Never in my life have I ever given a bad review, however, When we walked in and the bar was empty we should have left. The Bartender didn’t appear to know what Jagermeister was. Took about 15 minutes to get that very tiny amount with a huge ice cube. My husband’s beer was totally flat. But that was okay we got a new beer with bubbles. The food took 45 minutes to come out, 3 burnt cheeseburger sliders onion rings, not sure what coating was on them but not edible, cold, and couldn’t even bite through the onion, chicken wings were not edible either. Total disappointment. The wait staff however were wonderful. The owner should probably taste the food.

At first when the restaurant opened i was part of a tasting of their food menu and I must say it was very good. Since its been taken over by new owners (I'm assuming) the food seems not to be at its best like before. I'm quite sure they're still working out the formula and I'll still go, just waiting for the quality to be tweeked more.

Service was very slow. Our waitress never checked back with us. 2 of us didn't get our food. Management comped some meals and we ended up taking some home. Got home and my daughters burger was raw. We were there nearly 2 hours and not once did our waitress even ask if we needed refills.

Great space, lots of tv's with wide variety of sports. But... 5p on a Saturday, very few customers in bar area, bar was dirty, and we sat for 5 mins. Without. Acknowledgement. We just got up and left. Sad.

I can’t say that I would ever waste time rating a legit restaurant/bar or any business today because of the struggle to survive here in Connecticut.Just gonna say so bad, so so bad ….my god how can you charge for food that is just horrible ….then dump it in someone’s lap…yesssss a sizzling, steaming jumping chicken fajita …accidents happen but wow just WOW…..maybe this is just a place to get drunk and forget where you are!

Had high hopes of this place under the new management, but it's the same terrible service and mediocre food as before.Sat at the bar for 10 minutes before being offered service, food was very slow to come out (and with only 3 other customers in the restaurant). I can excuse poor service a little if the food is great, but it was nothing worth waiting for. Wings were very dry and burnt, loaded tots were decent, the chicken in the fajita was dry and the peppers & onions were cold and not grilled at all. I can easily say I won't be back again

This place is awesome. The food and the atmosphere are great. This place is very nice to go watch football games with your friends. I would say it’s like a hang out spot with good food. Coco showed us around the restaurant which I thought was very nice of her. I would deff recommend this place.

Place was very clean, service was excellent, staff was very friendly. If you like to go watch sports at a bar, this is the place. Place has 85 TVs. Food was great and prices were very reasonable and durable even on fixed incomes. Go to the lunch specials from 11:00 am - 2:00 pmFor $10.00 which includes entree, 1 side and drink. This way you can check the food out before paying the full price.

First week of opening service was great, it really seemed like they were trying to turn the place back around. We went tonight and our service was legitimately terrible. Our waitress disappeared on us within the first 15 minutes of being seated and continued to throughout the night. We had to ask other employees for her multiple times and she still wouldn’t come back over to us for some time. We got there at 7 and didn’t even have appetizers until 8, which came wrong. We finally got out food at 8:30, which also came out wrong for a couple of us. The restaurant really wasn’t that busy, especially for a Saturday night. They did give us a hefty discount for the inconvenience, and the food was good once corrected. I’m not sure if its a training issue, a management problem, etc but this place has only been open a month and the service is already bad again. We were excited about the reopening but now we have no desire to return.
