Ordered delivery through Uber eats. Food was hot and fresh and better than we could hope for Sunday night hotel dinner!!!
Got pizza and wings for first time yesterday. The pizza was worst pizza I have ever had in my lifetime and the chicken wings were boiled and they just threw hot cheap hot sauce on them in a plastic container. 42 dollars for large pizza and chicken wings that were raw. Please don't waste your money here. After 60 years of living this was the worst food I have ever had. Deserves negative stars!!
Best pizza and wings in the area. Delivery doesn’t reach the north quadrant. But it’s worth the drive to get it.
My husband went in to place an order for wings and the owner came up and said “what do you want” in a unfriendly way. He continue to be unfriendly towards my husband. Never again will I ordered from here! I loved wings and pies in New London & Willimantic. But NEVER will I buy anything from here.
FYI PARENTS: This restaurant will not deliver menu items off the kids menu or they make you pay 25% more.
Ordered a white pizza with two toppings….got delivered a red pizza. Called them to alert of them mix up and they took zero responsibility for their mistake. Pretty much was hung up on, they said they were busy and there was no offer to fix their mistake and they blamed it on the delivery service. Poor management, if only they owned the mistake and just made a new pie….what is the cost really???? I paid $26 for a special pie that cost them less than $5 to make. I will never go back and never recommend them to anyone else…they could have fixed it for cheap, but have lost more than one sale.
I had a coupon for a free pizza we also ordered other food besides. Order came no pizza. Called and and placed another order and asked if they could bring with new order. Again no pizza!!! Called again tge apologize and said they would give a free soda and again 1 hr go by no pizza.Called again I heard them in the background say hang up we don't have time for this . I cant even believe they would run a business this way . Awful customer service. Do not order from them
Ordered delivery from here yesterday. Part of our meal was missing. Called to tell them about it and instead of fixing it, the person I was talking to hung up on me.
I just ordered a turkey club. A turkey club is turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato. That is what a club is. The way it has been since 1889.I received a soggy turkey and lettuce sandwich.I called and they tried to tell me I needed to tell them how to make it on the app in order to get what is titled "turkey club" on the app. If I did as he asked I'd get charged for "additional sides."My husband said his pizza tastes like little Ceasars.We wanted to support local, but for over $50 for delivery of a large pizza and a turkey/lettuce sandwich, and the guy on the phone made it my fault, never again.
This place is terrible I ordered 2lbs of buffalo tenders. I got way less than what I ordered every thing was over cooked and there was no sauce on the tenders. When I called to inform them they told me it was matter of opinion and hung up.
