The hamburger was very tasty the fries were very cold. And the lady accidentally spilled the fries all over the tree and then she gave a new fries but the fries were still cold. Dining area is nice neat and clean.
Food took a while to come out. But the employees that were there were working fast and clearly trying their best. I think management needs to hire a larger team or find another way to lessen waits.
Only received a portion of our order. Staff isnt even going through the motions, they simply are not cognitively there. Management needs to be rotated out. We will never ever visit this Wendy's again.
The young girl working the drive thru tonight seemed to be so inconvenienced that my husband and I went thru drive thru. Once we pulled up to the window, she was on her phone which ok I understand if it were an emergency but if so walk away from the window. She was on her phone while using my husbands debit card. She could have easily stolen his card info. I tried calling twice with no one to pick up the phone. The food was ok. Do better Wendy’s.
Food is good, normally better than the rest of the fast food places, but staff's attention to orders has been lacking a bit lately. Multiple trips have resulted in missing or incorrect items with each order. Suggest dine-in over drive-thru.
Drive through is slow and trying to park isn’t any better. Food is expensive for what it is and takes too long to get. They really need to redesign their parking lot area and get employees that know what they are doing.
Its Wendy's so you should know what you are getting food wise which is fairly consistent across locations. This location has an odd parking situation on the east side of the restaurant. You can get stuck in the parking lot when the drive through is full and far too many rude people just won't let you out. It has happened twice
Just watched a crew member wipe his nose with his hand touch multiple surfaces then touch two doors and walk outside get meat from the freezer and return back to work all without washing his hands absolutely disgusting ? you can also here swearing and inappropriate conversations being held! also I came inside to avoid the wait and have been waiting longer inside then I would have waiting in drive threw.
The food is always good and the service is great. The problem with this franchise is the exterior lights need to be replaced, it's so dark. If you didn't know it was there you would drive right by.
Very disappointed with the seems to be manager who was working tonight at the window. A tall older man who looked like he was the manager. The guy opened the window, basically said nothing handed me my food and was slamming the window multiple times. My drink order was wrong and he didn’t even say have a good night. I hope he is not the manager. But if you were I hope you get some ethic training because your manners, Sir, suck! If you don’t like your job, quit. Please don’t take it out on paying customers !
