If I could give less then 1 star I would!!! I called for large pizza , mozz sticks and wings. They told me an hour wait for delivery which was totally fine! After an hour I get my food and they FORGOT my pizza!!!!!!! When I called to complain they told me there was nothing they could do besides have the driver come back and get it. So now after an hour and 45 min I have my pizza which is COLD and clearly old!!! They took $10 off my bill! Needless to say I am not happy with there customer service and I will not be ordering from them again! (This is not the first time this has happened)
We have been going to Vocs for years, it truly has been one of our favorite places to get grinders, wings and pies.Unfortunately, the last two visits were not up to par. The first time it wasn’t a huge deal, we ordered delivery and were quoted 40 minutes it took about a hour in a half, we asked for extra sausage and instead received maybe 3 pieces on it, no big deal you would think? Well we called just so the MOD knew about it just in case it was a mistake, we weren’t looking for a refund just for accountability. He then proceeds to tell me it’s because of the shortage of product that they can’t give out as much toppings. The most ridiculous statement ever, if I’m paying for extra whatever I expect there to be at least a decent amount. But whatever, maybe they just had a bad day, so we let it go.The next visit is what broke the straw on the camels back. We were quoted a hour no biggie, again, we love vocs. We ordered at 6:27 it came at 7:50. Not that serious we were hungry. The driver tells us they forgot the pizza and was very nice and apologetic. But when we called and showed our concern all we got was “we will keep it nice and hot” I asked well are we going to do anything to make this right? They simply said we can throw in some cookies. The worse customer service I think I have ever heard of, hold yourself accountable. My wife then ended up getting her food 2 hours later and guess what? Pizza was cold.go figure. Unfortunately, this probably was our last visit to the establishment, obviously we are a blimp on the radar and they probably could care less, all I ask for your future customers is do better by them, especially the ones who have been coming to you for years.
Josh and his staff are friendly, courteous and the food is out of this world. Call ahead and try a small salami grinder toasted with banana peppers. Yum!!

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza sausage. Disappointing to see little or no sausage and cut it up as little as possible so. The customer service rep said it’s because of Covid they’ve cut back and prices are higher on supplies. Yet they charge more money for the same pizza.Restaurants have gone up 20% pre-covid in sales.Either keep the price the same and lesson the ingredients. Or when you raise the prices, keep the ingredients noticeably. Your patrons noticed.The pizza in the photo has lots of pepperoni but where’s the sausage?
My favorite pizza hands down. Friendly pizza is in their league, and Nino's but neither deliver directly. Toppings piled high, ask for extra sauce and it's just the right amount for those of us who appreciate that, and you're golden. Crust not too thick but not too thin to support the toppings.
Great grindersUsually very good. Recently , I had ordered several grinders. I am a returning customer. I ordered a large eggplant grinder, but received a small. I told them about it the next time I went in. They wouldn't rectify the problem for me because I couldn't give them the exact time I had gotten the grinder. I also had forgotten to have my grinder card stamped. Again, they wouldn't take my word for it. Very disappointed. The eggplant also wasn't cooked thoroughly.
Delicious pizza and wings! The cannolis are also AMAZING - they made them fresh. Definitely a reliable place for pizza, wings and other treats.
We stopped by on a whim not knowing what to expect. I'm really fussy about getting chicken grinders and I thoroughly enjoyed mine with lettuce, pickles and mayo. I got tomatoes (which I didn't want), but ate anyway and actually enjoyed. There was a slight taste of pepper, which I also didn't mind. My husband got a shaved steak sandwich and I swear I heard him say...mmmmm. Definitely want to try them out again...hard to find a place that makes great grinders
