I’ve came to this Taco Bell before and the weren’t that bad, but today it was horrible. I won’t be coming back to this one.I had dined in today with my family and waited about 30 minutes for 3 number 7’s. Ridiculous! The workers care more about the drive thru then the inside. When the food finally came they forgot the two freezes. The quesadillas were not cut and, the chicken was hard as a rock! The only good thing was 1 of the freezes the other one was an exploding mess.Waste of money!! While leaving this place we see a man in the parking lot who had waited longer than we had for our food, his food was falling out the bottom of the bad and dripping with I don’t know what.They had also forgot most of his food. ALSO very very disappointed in the “cleaning” if you can even call it that I seen a staff member use the same rags to wipe down the tables, the trash area, the soda machine, door handles, the dirty corners, and the floor!! They need new management and staff!!!
This place keeps getting worse. They have a habit of getting the orders wrong. More than once the chips were rancid. They are more than twice the price of other Taco Bells. Place your order on line and the price doubles when you say you are picking it up in Groton. They dropped all of the stuff I used to buy. Now everything comes with sour cream or ranch dressing. We used to go once a week. After yesterday's, my wife says never again. Chipotle is across the street.
I went to taco bell yesterday with my fiance and son. I am currently with crutches and the kind worker who was waiting for her food seen me coming and held the door for me. The person who took my order was also very kind and didn't know if I had anyone with me so he went the extra mile by bringing my food to me. I'm not sure if they will see this review but if you do I would like to thank you both for your kindness towards me. I don't always get great service but you made me feel great even when I was struggling. I just got confirmation from the restaurant the two people who helped me are Zykiha and David. Thank you again for everything!!!
With all the recent bad reviews, either there has been a change in management recently or we caught this place on a really good day, because it was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. Extremely fast, very friendly, food was made well and tasted great.
They used to be better. My large fry in the photo was less than halfway full and cold. The crunchy tacos we ordered were so stale we had to throw them out.
Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell in a 30 minute radius. This is the 4th time I have been here in less than 3 months and it is TRASH! I keep hoping it would improve. My burrito is so far past cold I think they must pre make them or the ingredients are not heated. My food is always out upside down- including the fiesta potato bowls! There is so much wrong every time it would be pointless to list it all! The service here is INFURIATING- I’m so mad at the actual humans that are “working” here. Wish they would clean house and hire people that give at least the smallest care.
Normally I don’t do this but the terrible and rude custom service really makes me to give 1 star, I understand the short staff and the Covid make things difficult. But you telling me I ordered online and come pickup, and want me to go through the drive through and wait for the ridiculous line. How B.S is it? And lazy the staffs that don’t even want to bring the order out for customers instead lock the door to let me wait for another 30 minutes in the line of waiting. Smh.
This would be the third time I got food from here and the packing was very poor. All 3 shells on my tacos were shattered and puzzle pieced together, and they were loosely placed UPSIDE-DOWN so most of them fell out over the bag.... for 20$ I'd like to enjoy my food how it should be, maybe separating the small tacos from the large kfc order would help secure the food more.....
Missed 3 items in our order completely, one of the combo packs had 4 completely wrong burritos, an extra wrong burrito and an extra taco? In a walk-in order. Really guys? Love getting all bean burritos when I ordered 4 beefy 5 layers and HATE raw onions but now I'm stuck with them. No chips and cheese in the order, how'd you even miss that?
Terrible service. Man at the window was rude. Soda was spilling out of the cup as he gave it to me. Forgot 1 side in the 5 piece tender box. Your service SUCKS!
