Customer service from this team is terrible. I understand the stresses from rushes as a retail worker, but if it is obvious you do not want to be there; maybe do not work there. Kindness costs nothing!
You don’t laugh at someone’s nut allergy…. She never told the people making the drinks. My boyfriend said something to her. She told a male there. His response to me was “everything is subject to cross contamination. If it’s a deadly allergy you probably shouldn’t get anything.” In shock and awe, I told the girl who LAUGHED at my allergy to take my drink off.If it’s improper training or being lazy, completely inappropriate on how to handle an allergy.I’ve been to other locations who CARED and got new parts from the back to make my drink and were sweet, at this location I no longer feel SAFE based on the attitude and laziness of two different employees.
Can't get any order right! Rather than management correct their Staff they attack the customer. Clueless staff. Maybe have an adult running the shift rather than a bunch of children!Have made us violently ill before. Went back today and same girl reappears at the window, grabs our drink and disappears around the corner with it. Comes back and asks "how's this....." with it in a smaller cup than ordered and originally made.refused the drink and drove away. Not sure what they are up to here but don't trust them.

First time here and was typical Starbucks food wise and drink were the normal, slightly above Dunkin but overpriced. I expect this at Starbucks so that was not my issue however I did have issues with a few other things. There seemed to be about 9 employees working behind that small area all bumping into eachother and chaos, and although there were that many people working at one time I wouldn't be waiting ten minutes for my coffee. The biggest issue that I did have however was there were flies everywhere, landing on food, drinks, customers, employees. Also, store was quite messy and with so many employees working at once I'd figure that it would be kept up with cleaning
Not the first time it happens, but when I order a 30oz its suppose to be 30oz, what is advertised. When you measure this at home its only 20oz. I pay for 30oz i should get what i pay for. Like i said its not the first time and i doubt it will be the last
Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They’re extremely slow, they keep shutting down their online ordering AND LOBBY, which leads people to the drive-through which is even more slow. and they never have any large straws for some reason, and they’re always out of oat milk. Please get new management.
Perfect! My order was correct, quick, and hot. The staff and my cashier Lyla, was sweet and helpful. Keep up the great work! It will surely keep me (and others) coming back! Love Norwich Ct. Starbucks!!
Lady that works there is extremely rude. Took 40 minutes to get 2 coffees. After asking her if the drinks were being made she rebutted dismissively, "it will be ready in a minute". 20 minutes go by and she finally discovers that the orders weren't printing out after asking again... Super annoying. Also handed the drinks without the lid completely on so it spilled everywhere. There is zero reason to be a complete b****, and I hope she gets fired. Don't go to this Starbucks. My name is derek and this actually ruined my day.
Please don’t put a water bottle in the same bag as my drink. It was delivered completely spilled and damaged. Please think cause that ruined my entire morning. Put your delivery orders together better
