Has been over a year of them lying about their menu prices. Everything is at least a full buck over this price, they will blame the general manager about how they are waiting on the new menus they ordered but as you can see this is electronic menus. Don't get swindled, they are praying on people not looking at the prices at the register and hope you don't notice. Regular line employees were nice enough but anyone of management tries to lie and demean you. Never coming back and actively warning anyone against going to this location. I love Moe's but this location and management is beyond terrible. That's not to mention them not having half of their products due to incompetence. Avoid like the plague.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online and showed up 10 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. I walked and there were only 2 other customers in the establishment. These two customers were together. I was in the process of politely asking where to pick up my order when i was cut off mid sentence and told it wasn't ready yet. She went back to doing what she was doing and didn't give me a time frame. I left and came back 20 minutes later. At that point, I no longer had time to eat. I went and got my order and as I was leaving the worker sarcastically yelled out things to me like "Have a nice day" etc. I finally got annoyed and replied that I had no problem with the wait but do have an issue with how she talked to me. I heated my burrito up later on for my next meal and realized they didnt put the sour cream or grilled onions in my order. Extremely disappointed by the service and the incorrect order.
Always good , I get moes more than Chipotle now that I realize it's better ??
I went there 11:45 and was served with chips from last night. They should have said that they don't have FRESH chips (when they promise) before I ordered and paid, then I would have gone to Chipotle just few blocks away. Feel sorry for all the other people with group order that they were packing at the time.... you guys have been served with a day old chips....
This Moes location is a terrible spot. They skimp on all the toppings, and the establishment is dirty. I ordered a stack, and there was barely any steak, and the center of it was all tortilla. There wasn't even any rice. Save yourself the heart ache, and go to the Groton location that's about 6 miles away. It's cleaner, and will actually fill you up because they don't rip you off with toppings. Won't be ordering from this location ever again.
The management is trash and they are all rude. the place is dirty.they don't show much appreciation to there hard workers. They run things how they want to, not accordingly.depending who manages you might see some cross contamination.
This place made me waste an hour off of the clock because they forgot my online order the first time, so II went back, and they gave me an issue saying I had to pay for my order again because THEY had forgotten it. Finally got my order by going full "Karen mode" and they literally gave me meat in a taco shell. No toppings. Nothing. Worst Moe's establishment I have ever been to.
We drive out of town for Moes rather than go to this location. Management is super stingy as the drink machine is always out of over half the flavors, and you get 1/3 the amount of chips that other locations give. If you ask for more, be prepared to get dirty looks and plenty of eye-rolls. Dining area is always dirty and usually only one garbage is open so they dont have to change both bags. Corporate should stop in if they care about their reputation in the area.
