The McDonald’s app was not working in this area and it also stated that the store opened at A different time versus what the app stated. The associates were very professional management was very professional but it was an inconvenience to to the app problems

After my husband's testing at the hospital, we decided to grab a bite to eat at the drive-thru. We were handed half of our order and after honking the horn to get someone's...ANYONE'S...attention, we told the kid we were missing a milkshake and 2 cheeseburgers. He came back with the shake and one cheeseburger. Before he got too far away from the window, my husband told him we were still short one cheeseburger. He handed us another bag...we assumed it was the missing cheeseburger...we were mistaken. First, the milkshake was more like a McFlurry and of course, I was only given a straw (no spoon). The "second cheeseburger" turned out to be a chicken sandwich. We'll probably avoid that particular McDonald's like the plague. It was a very disappointing experience and the staff acted like they didn't want to be there.
I was told that there was one machine to do the shakes, ice cream, slushies, AND Frappes and that it was not working. I could only get a soda. When I got to the first window, the employee cashed me out and walked away, no receipt, went to next window asked for receipt with no luck... the young man said I could back up to get it (really thank God I looked, a car was right behind me!) I asked for ketchup and napkins, he brought like 20+ ketchups, hands it to me and the majority fell on the ground, like seriously! I've been able get Frappes before when the ice cream machine was down. I know you use a blender so tell me how that is possible for everything to be one machine!!! Thank you for your time.
This place will give you tons of attitude and never what you ordered. I swear they have to be doing on purpose at this point. I can’t fathom being this bad at a job.
Had an emergency with wife here at backus hospital, ran outside to get 2 crispy chickens apparently they forgot to mention they where out of lettuce mayonnaise and cheese........got chicken only with bun not going back but very disappointed next time im checking everything in the window thoroughly. Cant trust the service paid full price too. Not the end of the world yet sooo annoyed!
Absolutely filthy. It was not busy at all, and there was not a single clean table. The soda area is filthy and sticky all over it, and on the floor in front of it. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I had to ask an attendant to clean a table for me to eat with my kids. The only reason I gave it a second star is because the staff was very friendly. But really, do not eat in at this place. I would have skipped it if I didn't have an hour drive home with my kids who really needed to eat.
I recently moved here and have gone to this McDonald's 5 or 6 times. No lie- they have either messed my order up or have given me cold food EVERY single time. Even my kids told me- "let's not go to McDonalds anymore". And that's telling!
I did not realize that all McDonald's will have coffee for only a dollar. Very surprised this morning. I should have just gone to Baker's Dozen, which is right up the street. The coffee is better and about the same price.
Restaurant is poorly ran by an incompetent manager who doesn't even listen to the customers issues. Gave rude responses through drive thru and come to find out she's the manager on duty? 3/2/22. I wonder where the other managers are that used to run this exact location....was way better at running an operation whether it was busy or SLOW (LIKE TODAY). Could a real manager on duty contact me? Thanks.
