Normally get good service here but I visited at 5:00 pm tonight and kid finishing the grinders didn’t even know what Mike’s way was. When I questioned him he said it was Mike’s way . So I thought maybe I missed him soaking my sandwich with vinegar and oil . So I paid and left . Got home and found my grinder made the wrong way . No oil or vinegar just dry .Not happy. ?
A bit pricey compared to the competition but much better tasting. Worth the money.
We walked into Jersey Mike's at 8:40pm mean while one of the employees just finished mopping the floor, we apologized for walking on his wet floor didn't get a response from him,then we walked up to the counter to order and stood there for a few minutes before asking if they were still open knowing before hand that they're open until 9pm, the woman behind the counter said yes for a few more minutes,never asked us what we would like,just stood there looking at us,I guess that was our cue to order.One of our subs was perfect while mime was made on stale bread. I usually have a good experience here but this visit was the worst,I doubt I'll ever return to this location.
I've been going there for about 6 months. Always fast and efficient but they don't rush you. They always make my sandwich the way I like it, and I've dealt with at least 5 or 6 employees. They are all great
Order charged but never delivered. Called 10 times and busy signal every time!! Can’t get scholar of anyone to inform them that I never received my order. They show as delivered. Will never order from them again. First order….last order !!!!

Ordered a #13 Italian sub. Picked it up and went back to work. Discovered it only had ham and salami. They omitted the prosciuttini, cappicolla, and cheese. Can’t even make a sandwich per their specs. Very disappointing
Love Jersey Mike's, and oft get a giant sub so I have some for later; Highly recommend.
I know it’s sacrilege as a New Englander to say this but here goes… these are the best subs in the area. The bread is very good, the meats and cheese are good quality, the toppings are fresh and the dressing is delish. I was surprised it’s a chain given the quality, actually.This store in particular is great. Always attentive, fast, and friendly. Never gotten our order wrong and, if you’re very lucky and use the name Danny Phantom on your order, you too might get an awesome doodle of Danny Phantom.
