My bf went in and specifically told them there was a gluten allergy. And the manager took his time to make the burgers carefully, it came out amazing and there was absolutely no gluten exposure! Thank you so much!!!!
Unbelievable, they give me the first order wrong, I arrived home tired and hungry and seeing that makes me very angry. I call and ask for the man who speaks Spanish and they left me waiting, they never answered. My husband goes in person and asks for the order again because we want it hot and they wanted to give us one that was done. The man says that his wife took the order wrong… is it serious that I prepared it and dispatched it? He couldn't say sorry, what can I do to remedy this bad moment. I tell him for this bad moment, give me two shakes, they do it and I say well FORGOT the matter. MY HUSBAND COMES HOME AND THEY MADE MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN THEY REPEATED THE ORDER EXACTLY WRONG AS THE FIRST TIME. IF ALL THREE EMPLOYEES ARE NEW, MANAGEMENT IS WRONG TO PUT ALL EMPLOYEES ON THE SAME SHIFT. I HOPE SOME TIME I GET THE ORDER I ORDERED CORRECTLY WITHOUT COST. I am very upset.
Man the food was absolutely delicious! I rarely go here because it's far from where I live and it's expensive but Five Guys is never hit or miss, it's always absolutely delicious and tasty. The staff are very friendly too and helpful, it was also very clean inside!
There were only three guys there! But they were wicked friendly and my God the best burger and especially the best fries I've ever eaten in my entire 68 year life.
One of the best Five Guys I've ever been to. The staff was super friendly and completely understanding. The food was done in a very short while, and it was done to perfection. The gentleman even tossed in some extra fries into the bag, I'm sad to report I could not finish them all lmao. The store was very clean and organized, there was even peanuts to munch on while we waited. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to everyone.
The staff was extremely busy but took care of us very quickly. The restaurant was very clean and everything was well stocked. The food was cooked quickly and hot. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
Staff was friendly enough, price was hilarious. Guy at the register suggested I go to Burger King if I didn't like the prices, no joke. After eating the burger, I realized I should have taken his suggestion.

The food is always delicious. The best burgers and fries compared to the bigger chain fast food restaurants. The prices seem high. $38 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 beverages.
Great place. Doesn't have max capacity of seats. But think it has 20-24 seating. Condiment section was clean and stocked. workers were wearing masks. Worked as a team. Location wasn't too loud. Went around dinner rush. Waited about 8 minutes for my food. Location also gives you your fries with a scoopful of fries on top. So far been to 2/3 locations that did that. Cashier was professional and workers spoke loud and clean when calling out order numbers.
