Used to be my favorite pizza place around here but the last couple of times I’ve gotten food here and the food and service has just been off. New employees every time and seem like they’re not trained very well. Can order the same thing every time and it comesOut different every time. No consistency. I love this place and want to give them a chance but enough is enough.
Don’t get me wrong, I love the food this business makes and am all about supporting my local restaurants/food establishments. Usually I never have a problem either, but apparently I am now dealing with the repercussions of an employee that doesn’t know how to conduct themselves professionally. I ordered food from here a few months back and the workers/worker messed up my order (that’s okay, everyone makes mistakes) so he comes back to give me the correct order. Great everything’s fine and dandy. Later that evening the employee calls me aggressively telling me how it’s my fault and the he’s going to lose his job as well with a gagol of other remarks. (I paid no mind to it, I get it, he was probably just stressed out,) I call today and am charged with their previously mentioned mistake. How does that work? I’m sure there’s some sort of grey area with communication between staff and owner but really? Making the customer pay at the employees expense. Weird business practice.
Great gluten free options and celiac friendly. GF pizza, boneless wings, breadsticks and more! So happy to find this place while traveling to Mohegan Sun.
Pizza and calzones are great, very few issues with the food and if there is they take care of it. Service is always great even if they are busy.
Just had pizza from Engine No 6. I tried the pepperoni and the bacon with hamburger pizzas. They are one of the best pizzas I have had. They reminded me of NY pizzas. I have to go back in a couple of weeks to try another kind. My grandson works there and he recommended it so I tried it. I am glad I did.
Very good food. My daughter in law is Gf she loved everything. One misstep I ordered my grinder toasted and it was not at all. I wish the website said no eating in. Had to eat at a marina down the street. Thankfully it was a nice day. Portion size was good. Ps. Make sure to ask for ketchup for fries we didn't.
Terrible experience. Recently placed an order for delivery, the chicken on my chicken Caesar salad was pink. Called to get a refund—was told the “chicken can’t be raw because the chicken arrives precooked” and still haven’t received a refund.
Name should be changed to microscopic pizza and day old wings. Ordered a cheese pizza… and “buffalo”wings.The wings had no buffalo sauce and looked like they were made yesterday. $20 large pizza is tiny.
