bad service this is my 3 time i get a strawberry coolatta and it is all watering. there’s a lady in there that all ways have bad attitude
As any other American out there, I rely on Dunkin for a morning fixing here and again. Unfortunately every time I come to this location, I am disappointed in a small way or another. Either a forgotten item or drink made incorrectly, or items out of stock, it's no longer my primary Dunkin for my east CT bound routine. They can get fairly busy, by busy I am talking ten+ cars waiting to order at a time. They are by the highway so it makes sense, but I wouldn't recommend.
If I could go lower I would always only like two people being served and somehow takes a half hour and they always act like they don’t know what they are doing and it’s their first day
I gave my order 3 times. I asked for 1 teabag, I got 2; I asked for extra milk, I got cream.Hopeless!
This is the closest dunkin and every time I go it's a terrible experience. I dont go often. It's a treat when I do. Nice people. But learn to do the job. You do what the customer asked and if you don't have something you don't get to decide what to substitute it with. They're way too okay with taking peoples money.
The crew at this Dunkin was so friendly and kind. You can tell they appreciated us. Thanks for the lovely pleasantries added to our morning.
To day a good experience, to who took my order thank you for being nice and patient. I give you personally 5 stars
I heard they were still going to have all the same dishes when they reopened under the same name but they are missing some of the key dishes and the prices have gone up, portions are smaller not as good a value as it used to be and the food is not as good
Absolutely horrible customer service. I went there this morning at around 7:30 a.m and they usually give the wake up wraps in a bag. Instead it was in a box and as the worker handed it to me I had a look of confusion on my face. Instead of explaining the change or just being simply being nice she snapped at me. I will never return to this Dunkin until that lady is fired or replaced.
I went to drive thru. I got the wrong beverage. It looked wrong when the employee handed it to me. I questioned it. I asked if it was a large hot latte. He assured me it was and off I went. Into the Hwy headed to Norwich. I take a sip and discover it is NOT my latte. I wasted 1/8 of a tank if gas and 20 minutes turning around to go back to get the drink I paid for. I was not offered ANYTHING for my inconvenience. I will NOT be back. 4.50 +tip!!
