Messed up a medium ice coffee and a tosted almond ice coffee and had an attitude when asked to fix it and they made the second ones just add bad
Coffee was a bit of the sweet side but not bad.
Got my order wrong ! Then stood there and waited 40 minutes for my stuff , then they gave me an attitude while they know my stuff was wrong then the cashier proceeds to tell me I ordered something else ! Then still got the order wrong again !! Never going here again !
Out of product, unable to fulfill my mobile order. Constant issue with ALL Dunkins in my area. Sure wish management would stop being so stingy with product. If you don't have product, app should reflect that!
They didnt have any bagels unfrozen and ready to go, at 7am.
Standing next at the counter and have to wait almost 10 mins to even order food while everyone is concentrating on drive thru ,then getting your food is another 10 mins again they are concentrating on drive thru. Then getting your food getting to work and it's wrong half the time ,I would go through drive thru but it's backed up into the road ,it sucks its the only one around here
They never open the register inside anymore. So if you pay inside they have to handle your phone. I guess I won't be stopping at this Dunkin anymore. Not very friendly either kinda like they're doing you a favor by helping you
I don’t know what they gave me but I ordered a dunkaccino and it was disgusting. They must have mixed coffee with something else, it was foul. If you don’t have the powder or the machine is down just say that, don’t give people disgusting mixtures.

No coordination, confusing knowing where your ordering from inside. Wait time is ridiculous. I jist waited 12 minutes for one coffe.
