Very bad attitude, extremely impatient with customers, and took the wrong order. This is the worst cashier I have ever encountered, and will not come again.

NO good food, NO toilet paper, NO good coffee... Was trying to give me $10 in dimes for change cuz no money in store

Super rude and disrespectful. I know that they don't really care I'm writing this review I just don't understand why people have ZERO customer service skills when working with the public. They were cussing extrememly loud in front of my 6 year old. It was so dirty and they were telling me that something was discontinued, which is what it is but I was able to order the so called discontinued item online an hour later. Pretty sure she just didn't feel like doing her job. Pathetic is all I can say.

For once they got my order right. They were nice too.

Not only was the girl behind the counter stoned out of her mind. But for some reason took 10 minutes to get two coffees. I will not be coming back to this location

Extremely slow service. Person taking our order was argumentative. No bacon or sausage for wraps. No chocolate frosted donuts. We had to repeat ourselves several times. Made us feel we were putting them out to be at the drive-in window. Bad choice to stop there.

This morning around 805 i was sitting in drive thro no cars in parking lot but mine and one other car parked. Sat in drive thro window for like 5 min pulled up cuz thought maybe they was closed no they wasnt the chick at the window looked at me with a nasty look continued to talk to the guy cooking then she opened window and then turned back around to finish her convo i ended up driving away and going to the other dunkin down the street. Get it together

Please get this place some additional staff. They are always out of stuff, which is not the staff's fault. Sometimes you can't order online without the only option being able to pick up thru drive thru which defeats the whole purpose of pre-ordering.
