I hate this, I drive all around looking for a Dunkin and I find one that closes in an hour and they cannot serve my drink cuz they cleaned the espresso machine early". So your telling me you can't make more after it's clean Or,what, this is ridiclous. So now went to Starbucks and you lose your customer and sale and we're just so sick of going here and the laziness comes out simply cuz they wanna clean it early.
Waited in the drive thru to have my order taken for almost 10 mins, then waited at the window for my items for just as long. I ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. They tried giving me a hot tea instead of iced when I specified it 3 times when having my order taken, then had to repeat my entire order again at the window. My sandwich was barely toasted. I've been here at least 3 times and every time they're always remaking someone's order.
The worst Dunkin ever. Took 6 Uber drivers and still had to cancel. Never will order from this Dunkin again. The most frustrating experience. I’ve been a barista and worked for customer service for a long time. You hire the worst people
Dunkin is not a bad place to pick up a quick coffee, tea or cold drink. The prices are higher than the convenience stores, but not as high as Starbucks. The drive through is a plus in bad weather.
My fiance went to the on on west main Street to get me a coffee and a bagle with extra cream cheese but instead I got a bagle with butter like people that work there need to start paying attention because this is the second that this has happened
Thus is literally the worst dunkin I have ever been to. This is just not a one time complaint. Every single time I go either my order is wrong, or they forget something, or they give me attitude because they didn't read the full order at the drive through. It's really unfortunate. Also don't say it's because they are under staffed. Every time I go there's just employees just standing and talking to each other.
I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s in Connecticut and this is hands down the worst. They don’t have the proper materials for popular items. Staff is unprofessional and would rather talk to family members on the clock than assist you.
First, Tyler Doering doesn't know what the @#$% he's talking about, this is hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the entire State of Connecticut. I came yesterday, they had my order wrong. Decided to give them another try, once again, wrong order, coffee wasn't even hot, this location is just....trash
I've been to many branches of this place being on the road as much as I am, and this location (West Main Street Norwichtown Connecticut, across from Monro Muffler Brake) is hands down, by far, the worst I have ever seen. The bathroom was a complete mess and had an awful odor, every single worker had a serious attitude problem, especially the woman at the cashier. Someone spilled their coffee and it took about 10 minutes for a worker to clean it up, without even wiping down the table, because I guess customers like to have sticky table surfaces? Cold Food, Bad Coffee, Hardly Any Doughnuts Available... What Happened to Dunkin' Donuts ?? I'm Switching to Starbucks...
Staff is very rude, walked inside the store and employee was swearing and making the food very roughly and slamming the cheese and bacon into the sandwiches. Went through drive thru on a diferent day, they did NOT give me my order complete, charged me the whole order and it wasn’t complete. Food was cold and looked raw. This store is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to???????????
