There was a long line which is fine and all I'm patient but when I got up to give my order they all of a sudden had no more cheese they ran out and no queso which was extremely disappointing sense I waited so long in line I got a salad bowl anyways and found hair in it after I went to eat it. The worst experience I've had over here. I definitely won't be going back.

Customer service was superb. All staff were friendly. Especially the darker gentleman who helped us with our online order today! Food was delicious too. Don’t let negative reviews discourage you from ordering here. 5/5!!!

Came in at 845, they had no fajitas, no sour cream, no steak, the queso looked like it had been out for a long time. We where helped by the most unfriendly worker, i asked if there where anymore of each item all we where told was no. We are new to the area so we asked what time they close she said 10, its 845. They had tons of food storage containers all over their prep space, the grille cook was cleaning the flat top and it was off, at 845, they close at 10. I thought well maybe they had a busy day, the food tasted old almost like it was prepped hours ago or even the day before which would explain the abundance of only dirty food containers on the prep surface. I used to be a chipotle manager in Massachusetts, I don’t know how this state does things, but if its like this ill never be going to a chipotle again. Between the absolutely atrocious food safety, old queso, dirty dishes, and the customer service I wish I never visited.

Second time ordering and they forgot all my sides for the “quesadilla”. They also put the wrong meat in the bowl that we ordered. We experienced the same on our previous visit.This is the worst chipotle location by far.

The customer service was slow however they were very nice and the only reason this isn't zero stars. The food however was terrible. I've never been into a Chipotle where the black beans looked more like burnt refried beans and were crispy and the guacamole was brown. Even the hubby, who will eat anything, said it was awful. Given that it's a chain I had assumed the quality would be what I'm used to from the West coast but that would be very wrong. Nothing tasted right and felt like I was eating bland mush.

I have allergies and my family came to this Chipotle after a very long fun-filled day. I have nothing but good things to say. One guy with nice thick braids made sure that everything they could was served to us fresh so it wasn't contaminated with gluten. He made sure everything we needed was taken care of and i really appreciated it. This guy knew what he was doing and did it well. It totally made there not being fajita mix like nothing (because that often happens at all Chipotles)

Decided to surprise my grandson with a taco for lunch for school.. He likes soft Tacos: I have never been in a Chipotle before.. Long story short I was shocked to have to pay $.50 extra for a soft shell on top of almost 12.00 for a bowl of rice, a small spoon of beef and a little sour cream for what did even make a taco! To add insult to injury he didn't even like it the rice was hard...

Other than the fact that food is definitely good, it is way overpriced and the containers that the food is in always look like they haven't been cleaned in over 24 hours. The register is always having problems to where you can't pay with a card or they need "exact change" or you don't get your change back. Lower them prices, clean up your store and fix your register and you'll get 5 stars

This was a pretty sad Salad, with very little lettuce like maybe 5 little pieces of lettuce. No onions in the fajita mix and odd tasting Salad dressing. Not worth the price.

0 Stars used the app which has never been an issue order my food waited 15 minutes past delivery time quoted to be told my order was canceled. Wait it gets better call customer support they say yeah it’s canceled. I say I want the food they say order it again and call the restaurant to confirm. Problem is there’s no one to answer your call but a computer who won’t let you talk to the restaurant for delivery orders surprise surprise so after waiting for over an hour and two orders being canceled I’ll never be using this app for this Chipotle ever again. You’ll see my ugly mug in person next time this is BS!!! Thanks for ruining my night now everything that closes by 9 is closed. Hot trash ?!!!!
