Very bland food, chicken seemed old and chewy. Worst thing was the beef fried rice (that i paid extra for!). Everything had a plastic taste so I couldn’t eat it. Definitely would NOT recommend.
Fantastic food, the quality is higher then that of Willimantic's options. the staff here are wonderful, they get very busy for dinner hours so expect a wait if you order for ASAP. Cost is low compared to other options, overall great experience
We used to go to China Moon weekly but whatever they did they shouldn't have. The food has a weird taste almost like a plastic taste. The sweet and sour chicken has been delivered several times burnt or cooked to the point where the chicken was like rubber.We called after every bad item and was told that next time order would be free and they would put our names in their book. Never did get the free replacements, no book or anything else. NEVER Again.

I placed in order lady was absolutely rude . She hung up in my face when I asked her I could pay over the phone because she was busy . I paid for something I didn’t even receive
Have been going here for over 5 years. The owner and her children are very nice and friendly. Anytime I have asked for forks, sauces, etc haven't had an issue. The food is good and they are very accomodating. I cannot have salt for medical reasons and they make sure not to add any salt or seasonings. I am a happy customer. I only have positive things to say about them. I love you, China Moon!
Food had a weird taste. We got general Tso chicken and flavor was like it was cooked it old sauce. The sweet chicken sauce was odd but chicken was fine. The only good thing was steak and cheese eggroll. I would pass on ordering from here again.
I order from here one or two times a month. I've only had one problem and that was when I ordered through Door dash. I got the wrong food because Door Dash gave them the wrong info. They told me to order directly from them. Now I do and I love the food. They are always very nice and delivery doesn't take that long at all.
Been here long time, they have traditionally cash delivery service or upgrade with Doordash app delivery to Lisbon, Baltic, Sprague, Scotland and Hanover and Norwich, where never had food delivery since 1776.
I'll tell you right now the egg rolls and the chicken teriyaki are fantastic. The customer service is total garbage they should be five stars but they're outright rude one day I paid for extra sauces and I think I got three of the two sauces I asked for if you're going to make people pay you should at least have the courtesy to give them something but this is a common thing in many Chinese restaurants I visited if they took a mop out once in a while and weren't so stingy they could easily have been five stars
