The employees here are incompetent. It's not hard to get a basic order correct. When I order online, I expect my food to be ready when I get here. Ordered food and a half hour later it still wasn't ready and the order was incorrect.
Food is always great! Cashier named Rico was extremely personable and friendly. He asked about our day and made small talk, which was an extremely welcome change to most fast food service
Just called and spoke to manager and he was useless. Don't eat there or order through their mobile app because if your food goes missing they tell you you have to call DoorDash and they can't do nothing and that it's not their fault
We were there in the evening, looking to see if they had salads. Outside the restaurant there were 4 young employees hanging around. As were went in, the manager ended up locking the doors saying that we were their last customers that could eat inside. We asked if it was closing time but he said, "no, I have to lock up because all my night staff except one decided they didn't want to work tonight and walked out." ( These were the young people hanging out outside). Because there would be only two of them to work, they could only do drive through. We ended up not staying because they don't serve salads anyway. We felt bad for the manager and had no idea what precipitated the event. The young people outside didn't seem upset in any way, they were just having a great time chatting out front.Very sad to see for a major business.
Stopped in to use the bathroom and get a quick bite during the workday. Chicken Junior was pretty good, and the onion rings were OK a little mushy.
Good food, in and out quick, got my order right, and people were friendly
2 managers (one black with a big bun and one white with blonde curly hair) on shift and both very rude, to the point of yelling at me for having to go back and have my order fixed 4 times in the hour and a half I was there because their cooks misread the slip and the lobby isn't opened. I called 3 times to make it so I wasnt stuck there for that long and got no answer! When I asked for a refund they only gave me half of it. I will never be returning to this establishment because they were so ignorant!!! Shout out to the door dash driver for calling corporate and witnessing the last 40 mins of the interaction.
If I owned this franchise location I would fire everyone that was working today. I ordered online showed up and there was about 15 cars in the drive thru, not a big deal so I went in the lobby. Awesome only 2 ppl in front of me and one was already ordering. It took 20 minutes to tell them I ordered online. No one was moving with purpose. You could tell that it didn’t make a difference to the employees if there was one person in line or 20. They moved at the same slow pace.
For the second time this week my order was prepared wrong. We ask for a burger without cheese due to dairy allergies and we got a CHEESEBURGER. I also asked for certain condiments for my cheese burger which were not included. So I go back a few days later (today) asked for a burger with the condiments I specifically wanted and again FAIL! I just tried to call the restaurant, located in Norwich Ct, and no one ansrd after several attempts.You need to thoroughly train new people especially if they are running the drive thru. It’s maddening and inconvenient to return to this restaurant. Some workers display impatience and annoyance. It’s not necessary.Life long customer
This is the absolute WORST Burger King in the state. Orders are incorrect, staff tell you they don't have an item when it is clearly on the menu, and RUDE RUDE RUDE staff. If you don't want to work there, DON'T! A smile and a thank you for your customers would be nice. Terrible service, terrible place. Go to New London or just go to McDonald's.
