Their customer service is A1. The pizza it self is delicious I love thin crust, an good sauce that you can actually taste on the pizza! Also the cheese isn’t overly thick which is a plus, an the prices are great! A new fav!

Tucked away on a winding side street in Norwich is a delightful pizza restaurant. Traveling from Lebanon we were pleasantly surprised not only by the efficient and pleasant front of the house staff but by the pizza. We ordered a large baked potato pizza with bacon and broccoli and a small Hawaiian. Both pizza were cooked to perfection the cheese was a nice golden brown and the toppings were distributed evenly someone took care always a pleasant treat for the consumer. The crust was good and the boxes were not greasy even after the trip back to Lebanon. Picking up was smooth and the restaurant is very clean inside. The staff was pleasant and friendly. They asked if we needed plates or napkins and were all smiles it was a refreshing experience. The pies were pipping hot and the parking lot had steady traffic. We will return and are very happy to have found Asylum Street Pizza. The Prices were fair and the friendly staff and good food make the trip down a winding road in Norwich worth the trip.
The very best service and product
This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered three cheesy meatballs and a pepperoni pizza . The meatballs were OK but I prefer mine cooked in the sauce. The pizza was a solid effort, but once again I prefer some crisp on the crust. The front end people were outstanding, just friendly and personable. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.7.
Perfect experience with delivery tonight. The Hanging Garden and Texas Roadhouse pizzas are both so good, I can't decide which I like better. There are more than a few others we need to try, too. Delivery was so quick! We'll order from here again very soon. Thank you!!

The new owners have added to the already extensive menu. We have been multiple times and have enjoyed everything we've had. Love the steak bomb pizza! We'll definitely be back!
