Wow… if I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely disgusting with terrible customer service! Our portions were terrible small with the worst unseasoned food. When brought to the managers attention, she said she would take care of it. She came back with our checks with nothing taken off our bill, but, she brought us a $20 voucher to come back so we could have a “positive experience”. The waitress had the worst attitude and quite frankly, so did the manager. I will never come back here.
The two hostesses on the phone's were friendly and attentive and we were given a 10 minute wait which it was. very very busy night for the staff. Chris was our server and he was amazing, attentive, friendly, courteous. the menu was well varied, and we went with steak tips and fried chicken. both dishes arrived hot. and I had started my meal with a crock of the seafood chowder which was out of this world.
My family and I went for an Easter dinner, in lieu of cooking. The waitress was pleasant, but extremely slow. It was surprisingly not packed, so we couldn't understand the lack of speed. My sister is a cocktail waitress at a local casino, so she was very unpleased concerning this.Underneath many of the tables were dirty, ours included. My 15 yo sons Buffalo chicken wrap was not made as he had specified... he even complained of the taste. They were kind enough to replace it for something else. Everyone else was done eating (except for the 15 yo, as he was waiting for his new order), and I had yet to receive my food.For all of the headache and lack of service, they did comp my son's meal. If I was a manager, I would have done far more. This was my first time at 99 in several years... COVID not included... and it is my last!
Very nice experience. Wait staff and front of house were an absolute pleasure. The crew here is professional, polite, and experienced. You can tell that the people here are under good management, as they are organized, clean, and caring. Very pleasant experience.
I wish I could remember our waiters name. He was very personable and attentive. Burgers were very good. My 87 year old father loved the fish dinner.

Service was a bit slow but during these times that's understandable. Food was good, served hot. Could use a menu update though.
Food is always good.We had a minor issue with the fish fry was over cooked a little bit and service was slow due to being short handed of cooks. Manger came over without even asking and took it off the bill for the wait and over cooking.
Went with my family for dinner tonight, we were told no call ahead seating however when we arrived another family called ahead and were seated long before us even though they arrived 30minutes after us. My sons burger was ordered medium-well done it came bloody raw twice! The wait was beyond reasonable. Our waitress walked out on us. We had to flag down another waitress who tried her best to keep up. We complained to the manager one of our meals was removed from the bill. I've been eating here for over 5 years but I will never go back after tonight!
