They really gave me 1 sauce for my 10 piece nuggets WITH FRIES. They also didn’t give me my receipt. On previous occasions the workers have been unprofessional and have written their numbers on my receipts.
WENT HERE TO GET A SALAD AND WAS SO MAD. THEY GAVE ME A SALAD WITH A BIG DEAD FLY IN IT I DROVE MY CAR BACK TO GO TO THE MANAGER TO SHOW THEM WHAT THEY GAVE ME AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY. THAT SORRY WAS NOT ENOUGH SHE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK DO NOT GET YOUR SALADS HERE IF YOU DID ALREADY MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SALAD BEFORE YOU EAT A FLY . SO DISGUSTING NEVER EVER COMING BACK.

Classic Wendy's with a proper drive-thru! This location is great and has all the original food. Still the great square burgers, even Dave's Triple. Best fries around and those great frosties you remember from high school. I've never a bad experience in the Norwalk location.

online orders are not filled correctly. They give you whatever they want and usually less than you've paid for. Order: 3 medium fries. received 2 small and a medium. Order: 2 chocolate chip cookies and one sugar cookie. received 1 chocolate chip and 1 oatmeal. Order: dave Jr meal. received 4 nuggets 0 fries and small drink.

Not all Wendy's are created equal,..Wendy's at 67 New Canaan Ave in Norwalk is a world apart from this franchise restaurant.Chain food should have reasonably similar quality, that's part of the allure, assurance that you know what your getting . If you like it you go If you don't like a particular Chain franchise you avoid it. With Wendy's it seems you take your chances.
The manager tonight was fairly disrespectful. I'm a Long Time Client who won't be coming back anytime soon.
Horrible service, workers were very awkward and not very polite! Food was not good at all, soda was flat and warm, tables were filthy and not regularly cleaned! Also child got food poisoning!
