They can never get my order correct
Well I do love the taco salads the four for Four Leaves something to be desired it's cheap but you get what you pay for
Food was cold and not what I ordered or how I ordered. It was like no one wanted to be there or listened. Took 3 tries to get an iced tea!

The time 5:07pm this manager wouldn't give me what I wanted for my order, she was rude and walk away while taken my order, All I wanted was a bake potatoe instead of the fries. Like I said she rudely walk away in the middle of my order. All she has to do is charge me for the bake potatoe not give me the fries, she was rude!!!!
On way home from grandsons basketball game, got the order correct even had extra fries and chili in our bag .
Most of the times they mess up the orders in drive thru and never give condiments (dressing, ketchup, dipping sauce)
Out of the three other wendy's in norwalk this is probably the best one.
Do NOT use their drive-thru. The screen is dysfunctional and communication with the employees may be troublesome. Even when the employee will read back the correct order, you may end up receiving a Sprite with ice on your order of a Coke without ice or a large unsweetened iced tea in the place of a medium Sprite with ice. They've messed up our order countless times, and the food is expensive for what you're getting. I do not recommend this location.
ordered off uber eats & they took mad long, a driver ended up going but he cancelled it so i knew just didn’t feel like making it. terrible restaurant fr!
