One of the worst Starbucks I have been to so far. The employees mock you when you ask for them to change the drink to what you asked for. I asked for my drink to be in kids temperature but I got the drink searing hot. Mind you, the drink is for my son it’s a matcha soy latte. After that when we ask them to change the drink, the guy starts smack talking about how we wanted our drink changed to be kid temperature and that the temperature on the drink was already just warm. The cup is so hot I can’t even drink the latte. After that, they hand us a cold drink to mock us, like I paid for this drink I know maybe you had a long day but all I ask is that you don’t talk about me in front of your coworkers and you get my order right the first time so we wouldn’t have this problem.
Service so terrible, When I stood in front of a female cashier, she did not respond, She looks upset ，she did not ask me what I needed, we all stood there stupidly, her voice was very impatient, will not come back.
My experience at Starbucks is always rewarding.
Almost always busy. Parking can be hard to find. Staff is very friendly and good selection of drinks. Convenient to mobile order. Drive through can get backed up.

Service was good as you would expect, but they gave my doggies some love with pup cups.
Nice atmosphere, great drinks. The severed head in the mens bathroom was a little weird, but I got over it pretty quickly because the drinks were so good. Keep up the good work!
Filled my drink 3/4 and then told me to fill it all the way would be an additional charge lol
Clean, servers well versed and communicate well for each client.
The drive thru is super busy in the morning going in is a bit faster, staff is really helpful and friendly !
