Just a little disappointed in the customer te service the main thing that I ordered the very first thing that I ordered it was never put into the system there were no long lines I was the only customer I’m sitting in the waiting for about 10 minutes before it asked where was my scone to be told that I was never charged for it and then the young lady was trying to sell me One mini scones out of the bag. I tried calling the store so I can speak with a manager personally about it because it’s not a big issue but it’s still something that needs to be addressed
district management allowing employess of color be assaulted and be called racial slurs on the daily, doing nothing about it and forcing out poc employees is disgusting
This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. I’ve seen many, I return to one. This one. They make the meanest iced shaken espresso for us and they’re always so tasty. When I walked in there was an employee walk-dragging a towel under her feet in an attempt to clean up something. I should have took that as a sign. Got my caramel macchiato and it felt lighter than it should be which is standard at Starbucks because the milk is usually over-steamed by improperly trained employees. I put my finger in the cup and didn’t hit liquid until a little above half way down. I don’t come here to throw away $6 on a terribly made “premium” beverage. Also, this puts more stress on employees who are already stressed out enough. Manager should be fired and employees retrained.
Overpriced. The coffee ALWAYS tastes burnt unless you add a ton of flavorings to it. Rarely has decaf nevermind FRESH decaf. Not a fan.
Drinks tasted watered down (I asked for no room and there was room) and staff not too friendly. They also did not add them specified amount of matcha so flavor was not there. Its okay if you live in that area and they know you but not if you're passing through. Parking is very good but location is not well displayed.
I don't mind spending my money here. Very friendly staff and peaceful environment. I would have given them 5 stars if the tables were clean.
Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They never take app orders and they seem to never open on time also. One day they were taking app orders and the store was not even open to receive them. Never got my money back for drink that was never made.
2021 - nothing has changed. Decided to give them another chance and they are the same if not worse. It's wrong that you paying for “quality” coffee but at this location, you get drinks you can find at a local gas station. save your time and money and avoid this location.2018- I have given this Starbucks many chances to make my drink right, and they just can not seem to get it. I am paying $5+ for a drink, it should be made right the first time. Not only do they make no effort to make the drinks right, but they will also give you something completely different from what you ordered and insist it's right when it is clearly not. The server over-brewed tea and burnt coffee/espresso roast.
