Why you have call to take out ? I called for the past half hour and no answer. Will not order from this restaurant ever again .

Absolutely love Rio! the staff is always so polite and tentative, and the margaritas are amazing, not to mention you can get a pitcher to share. Steak Ranchero is my absolute favorite, but every meal I've ordered has been delicious. This is always my go to spot. Super fun atmosphere. ps. ,try the fried ice cream!

This Place is digusting and rude I ordered a steak on the plate , when the waitress came and delivered my food I’ve notice there was a piece of long hair on my plate and informed them that there was a long hair that I’m not eating I lost my appetite and when the check came for the rest of my family they still charged me my plate even after the long hair incident and me not eating , I recommend no one coming here to eat if you don’t want long hair on your plate !!!!!!!!!

My friends invite us to celebrate Valentine’s Day, 2 couples. We had a wonderful time. Starting with the margaritas really good. Good excellent steak fajitas, carne asada y carnitas. All really good. But service really bad. Everything that was good at the beginning, at the end waiter ruin the night. Mr Modesto our waiter had a really bad behavior. We ask for another round of tequilas, this guy said that he need it the table and he had other costumers. We didn’t see anybody waiting. He didn’t manage this well, he could ask us to move to the bar and wouldn’t be a problem with us. My friend that invited us, a regular costumer for 12 years, was very upset(F…..ng mad) because she felt disappointed, number one the way he managed the situation, he could be more polite. The manager offer to pay the round of margaritas but all my friends already left and they didn’t want to come back.I hope the owner of this great restaurant reads this review and does proper adjustments. I have been writing reviews all around the country and most of them are good, I like to said what is and how good it is. Rarely I do any bad reviews.ThanksMauricio

Came here for a family dinner. First time here but the family are regulars. The service was good, quick and attentive to our needs. We ordered a couple pitchers of margaritas that were really good. I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas Suizas that was very delicious and tasty. The atmosphere was cool with framed pictures of celebrities and other people all over the walls. Would come back again.
