Popeyes in Norwalk has an excellent chicken sandwich and sides. Why wait in long, long lines when you could be enjoying your food so much sooner. Oh, and Popeyes is open Sunday. Try it you will not be disappointed.
This is the most disgusting and rude place I've ever been to.The dining area was filthy.The woman taking orders was extremely rude.Food took forever to get and was tasteless.15 minutes away is another Popeyes in Stamford and it's a million times better.Avoid this establishment!
Consistently bad but the best fast food meal I've ever had was here. Life-changing experience.
First time going to this since I lived in norwalk. Will not go there again i found a piece of hair in my red beans and rice bowl. Eww gross. Customer service sucks he didn't ask me if I want white or dark meat. Just gave me dark meat. Eww again...will not go back to this place just because of the hair that was found in my food. No hair nets.
The food has always been great. I hadnt been there in a few months. I was waiting in a line of cars because you can only use the drive through, which is backed up onto the street. You cannot go into the restaurant to order food, which is odd since there are no Covid-19 mandates. After waiting in the line for close to 20 minutes, the line was barely moving so I left and went to a different restaurant. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed, but it's a shame.

The food isn’t hot and they NEVER provide the sauce even when they ask what type. This review is for both delivery and drive thru service.
Had a long day at work decided to stop at this Popeyes on my way home not only was D drive-through person very unprofessional they cannot get my very simple order correct. I repeat it myself again once I got to the window of exactly what I want it two then get all the way home and realize I got the complete opposite. I called to speak with the manager Samita and her resolution to the problem was to speak with the drive-through person. That did absolutely nothing for me because it does not make me feel whole as a customer. Unfortunately this location is very unprofessional and a simple way to resolve the problem would’ve been to invite me back in on a later date for a new meal or to reimburse me it would’ve made me happy as a customer and resolve the problem
Came for a quick bite. They had no lights on this evening, employee said they weren't working. I ordered anyway and received an absolutely awful meal. Cold, soggy fries, greasy chicken. I don't know if this is specific to this particular location or all, but I won't be returning. Ever.

They claim to open at 10:30 in the morning, and they are never open at 10:30. Went there today at 10:45, had to ho back at 11:00.. I ordered an eight piece family pack and I said I don’t want any ties I want to replace them with legs and wings…. When I finally got home to eat my dinner at 5 o’clock, I realize there were no wings at all and they were mostly thought is in my box. $24 wasted. I actually called and I spoke to the manager that I supposedly was waited on this morning. She claims that she told me that it’s mixed chicken and they cannot substitute. Well she did not tell me that. If she Had, I would not have spent $24 on chicken that I am not going to eat.. I also thought that when you ordered the family pack you would get a large drink with that. No apparently that’s separate don’t know what good ordering a family pack does.. and the fries are always cold at Popeyes.
