Delicious food! Totally recommend trying it!
I order 2 Mrs teas original tea on Uber eats I am very disappointed because one of them came without the tapioca pearls! as I ordered it close to closing time I believe they didn't have tapioca bubbles anymore or worse they forgot to put it in my order. I don't recommend this place!!!!
This place has gone down hill. The fish is constantly hit or miss, which results in me having to throw my bowl away, and they aren’t cheap. I asked this time if the fish was fresh or not (around 5pm) and the worker told me it’s been there since this morning. She allowed me to try a piece and it tasted ROTTEN. I let her know but don’t think the fish was ever removed. You’re lucky if the avocado you get isn’t brown, and lately the rice is either hard or has a weird color tint to it. They were good about refunding my bowl for not being to “MY” standards, but didn’t seem so concerned that they could be making their customers sick. I made the switch to pokeworks that has been way fresher and cleaner than here.

Dark, not inviting place - so presume not enough traffic to keep food fresh - their salad base and avocado sitting prepared in the morning (or yesterday??) looks like something a week old. Fish is not fresh and start tasting/ smelling funky- watch out for food poisoning. This place is just so bad that I don’t even comment more …

Grit! In either the cilantro or romaine. Almost every bite. Had to toss it in trash. Inedible! I know Covid changed everything. But service has to stay number 1. No cutting corners!
Having only 2 employees take care of walk-in customers AND delivery orders shows the lack of management, I waited more than 30 minutes for an order placed online, stop overworking your staff and hire more people!If you are understaffed, ownership needs to step in! Horrible experience!
I haven't been to Pokemoto in 2 years and I still think about how good it was.
