The food was fine but the service was non existent. We came here for a late lunch on a Friday afternoon (1:30pm). The restaurant was pretty empty aside from three more tables, one small group at bowling, and us. There seemed to be full staff: several people in the kitchen, three at the hostess stand and several servers. We placed our order for the Children’s menu which is supposed to have a starter, entree, drink and dessert. The server took that order and our drinks and then came back to take our order. We ordered a starter and two entrees. The server came back and told me that the sliders I wanted they were out of. Fine, it happens, I replaced my order with a salad with grilled chicken. It took over 15 minutes for my husband to get a mock tail. Then the kids meals came out. No starter. When we asked she said it will be out soon. The starter never arrived for the kids. Then our entrees showed up and the appetizer never came. Again we were told just a few minutes. None of the starters ever came with no explanation. Then the server never came back to check on us and after 40 minutes I went up to the bar to ask for our check. We asked to remove the starter because it never came. No apology, no communication. There should have been some sort of communication as to why the food was coming out of order and then not at all. Plus the wait times to get food or service was too long. It was disappointing given that the space is nice and it would be fun to bowl there. I don’t believe we will go back.
The food was excellent and unlimited, and we had fun bowling… not to mention the atmosphere was beautiful.
At the bar for happy hour. Meatballs and polenta were delicious! so many activities including bowling and bocce. Will definitely come back!
Wonderful atmosphere. Not crowded or cramped. Food was excellent. The starter meal was just enough for me. Tenderloin sliders an absolute must try. Lemoncello Martini the best I've had in a long time ???????
We held my sister’s bridal shower in one of their ballrooms and it was simply amazing! The food was delicious and the service was top-notch! Megan (GM) was friendly and a delight to work with, and Sherry (event coordinator) was super accommodating and made sure all of the details for my sister’s special day were included and made into a reality. I can’t forget to mention the staff that was attentive to our every need! They were truly amazing! And of course, hats off to Chef Colon who made sure the custom menu was on point. I would recommend this location to anyone who was looking to hold a private event, out for a date night, or just wanted to get a bite to eat and have some fun bowling! We can’t wait to stop in again!
My experience at pinstripes was terrible . Meat Lasagna was terrible. Which I never ordered. Service also terrible. For example some drinks where never served. Never got are coffee and cake was served so late that my guest where leaving.. At one point there was no waiter to be found.
I would rate 0 star. The worst catering experience ever.I put the catering order online. There was no email or text confirmation. I called them a few days later to ask about my order. They couldn't find it. So I put my online order again and they confirmed they received it. Two days after I picked the food, my credit card is double charged.Secondly, they messed up my order. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders of BBQ racks and some appetizers. The food we picked up had no pizza but 4 orders of BBQ racks. We tried to call back immediately and nobody answered the phone.I called the Pinstripes many times. The receptionist always transferred me to the event manager and nobody picked up.Extremely disappointed. We will never go to this place again.

lunch was amazing. very accommodating, we asked for something on the dinner menu and they happily made it for us.
The 1 star is for food quality. It was actually good. Problem was with everything up till we go our food.We first stopped in, went to the front and were told the wait is 30-35 minutes, although half the tables were empty. We figured ok, we'll walk around and made a reservation for later. Came back at 2pm and were promptly seated.Got a bottle of water, with 5 glasses. 4 of them were dirty, not just finger prints dirty, but dirty. Our waiter took our drink orders, brought out the seltzer waters that were ordered, took our food order and disappeared. We next saw him over half an hour later, after our food came out.The manager came by to check on us, after we sat for 20 minutes, and we told her we're waiting on our drinks, a glass of wine and a beer. She returned 5 minutes later with glass of wine and unopened bottle of beer (at which point we asked for a glass), which she had to take back to the bar, to get it opened and brought it back, and we asked for a glass again. Then eventually we asked for a glass a third time. So we got those 2 drinks half an hour after we sat down.Another 10 minutes later 1 of our 2 appetizers came out. As the kids inhaled it, the second appetizer came out. A few minutes later, we got our entries, and those were good. It's then that our waiter appeared and asked us about our food.Look, I get being busy, but this all could've been avoided with some simple communications. There's no reason for dirty glasses, half an hour for a beer or wine, or customers sitting around without anyone checking in. Do better.
