Have been ordering from crossroads for the past month, after moving into its hometown and ever since then it has always been amazing food and service from the workers in store to the drivers that work to deliver the food. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, you will not be disappointed.
Two of my kids do delivery for them. They treat these drivers terribly. We used to be big customers of their’s but no more. The place is dirty too. Not sure what the kitchen looks like but the front room where you go to order and pick up is filthy. I hope the Board of health is going in there. Treat people right and clean up your act!
Quality of food has really detoriated. Margherita was probably the worst we've ever had. They used a sprinkle of dried basil instead of fresh basil which is the essence of a margherita pizza. The gyro pizza barely had any meat on it.
Very disrespectful to delivery drivers on all platforms.

Was $2 short of the delivery minimum and they refused to add even a water bottle to the order to fulfill it. If you have a minimum, it should be advertised. Secondly, they tried to tell me they don’t have access to Grubhub to view the order, which is false, as I’ve been on the receiving end of Grubhub orders for years, so I know they blatantly lied. They then proceeded to hang up on me. Used to order here all the time, not anymore.
