I normally buy sandwiches from Mom & Pop shops and not franchises, but I was on my lunch break and running an errand and Jimmy Johns was next door. First, I got there around 12:30pm and the place was empty, there were four people behind the counter, one took my order and I paid for it, one was making sandwiches, one was wrapping sandwiches, and one to put the sandwich in a bag. The sandwich maker guy was doing phone orders and walk in's and I didn't wait that long, but seemed pretty inefficient. The sandwich was pretty sad, only one choice of cheese and sliced thinner than I thought was possible, I also didn't realize some (or all?) the toppings are a dollar extra. Although I could stand to lose a few pounds the ingredients were pretty skimpy compared to their competition and nothing unique or outstanding to draw me back. I think I'll pass on Jimmy John's and stick with my local favorites.
I purchased the Thai wrap using unwich! It was so delicious & FRESH, my new favorite place. Luv the lettuce wrap…please keep up the good work!!!!
Very delicious food and sandwiches they serve there. Many different options for sandwiches. And they have the unsandwich with is a sandwich wrapped in lettuce and doesn't include any bread.
Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich restaurant in existence! So glad to have a Connecticut location near me.
Very clean store and friendly staff-Food is fresh, tasty, prepared correctly, and always consistent. Bread is delicious and the meats are not salty. Very good prices too.
This is a convenient location, great staff and great sandwiches. The front staff is friendly and courteous, location is new, clean and a great place to grab lunch or dinner.

Update: well oiled machine now. I'll chalk my initial review to first opening kinks. On point now!Bread wasn't great... Seemed day old. Staff was friendly and helpful and the sandwich was made quickly. Will be back.
So happy Jimmy Johns has come to Connecticut!! Great sandwiches here per Jimmy John’s high standard. Fresh bread (I could go on about the bread for days…), good portions of meat, and prepared super quickly. The vibes in this location were great! Friendly staff and very clean. I’ll be back soon!!
